The test pack received was missing the test tube, luckily I had a spare one from the free covid test pack from the NHS. Also noticed, my birthday was entered wrong on my test certificate, which if checked by my passport, would be void. Will use a different service next time

Great service. I contacted via email with a few questions, the response was almost immediate and very helpful no matter the time of day.
Very efficient service. Well done.

What I can say?
I have saved a lot of money with this company. Always a great service. Always they reply my emails. When I saw the reviews, a few months ago, most of them were really bad. I hesitated for a few months to use them but in September l did a try and I just can say at this moment they are one of the best. And I have tried a lot of them. Thank you Klarity!

No contact number total confused as on return what to do. Lost a whole day if holiday trying to find number to put in UK location form.

Very straight forward and the certificate was issued quite quickly. The only down side was the instructions are very small, but the video was really good.

Worked very well on a recent trip to France. Personally had no problems at all so it’s 5 stars from me. My Brother in Laws worked seamlessly too.

However, a word of caution, several others on the trip did have issues with uploading their videos and receiving their certificates.

We recently had a problem accessing the reference number to enter onto our Passenger Locator Form. We e-mailed Klarity, and received a very prompt response from Ritz, providing us with a few suggestions as to what the problem was. They helped us resolve the problem following a few e-mails, and all ended up well. We cannot thank Ritz enough for the brilliant customer service.

Worst Test provider. We both test in Germany - no test, no refund, phone do not work saying something about partner not being available. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!

i have 3 daughters-unfortunately, when the certificates came for the kids the day b4 we were to travel, out of the 3 certificates only one had correct details. ie all the certificates had the same daughters name ie. francesca. this was highly stressful in terms of rectifying this mistake and took numerous to mention phone calls/emails and did not get resolved until 7pm

Easy to order and tests turned up on time. Uploaded info on app and received certificates really quickly

We went to Greece recently and used Klarity for our day 2 lateral flow test coming home. The service was great: clear communication, responsive to emails, quick issuance of certificates. Highly recommended!

Loved the simplicity of the concept but after uploading the video via the app had to keep checking the app and it said failed. Managed to find an email address somewhere as starting to panic with timings so tight before flying out and having to possibly book a local test. It did get sorted by emails (there was nothing wrong with the way I'd done the test) but was stressful waiting.

Worked great in the UK and in Croatia when having to prove our fit to fly, however, the app crashed and we were unable to log on to it to retrieve the certificate.
Luckily we found an email in JunkMail but not ideal when you are already at the airport with little other choice.

Straight forward did the test very easy to use and quick turn around I will use again

Really poor - site had a problem- 24 hours later still cannot receive certificate- would not recommend this company as had to chase and no further forward - have no idea what happens if I cannot submit certificate - suggest try a different company

The kit was delivered promptly and was straightforward to order. Inside the test was very much as you'd expect and everything was present. The bad review is because of the following: The website has no telephone number on it - the COVID-19 testing is often done on a timetable and it's vital that customers can contact for advise and assistance when things go wrong. The website says that the booking reference (needed for UK repatriation passenger locator forms) would be emailed. They are not - they are hidden in the App which has to be installed to use. The App didn't work well and would continuously crash when trying to upload photos of the test. The only way to continue was to use a web-app which is not clearly signposted from the main website at all. Even then it crashed several times before accepting the photos/videos. Communication methods, a working app and accurate advice is not rocket science.

A very efficient customer service team. Very prompt in responding to my email, unlike other firms who usually take at least 24hrs to respond. The response, l received, showed concern & a desire to resolve the issue promptly. Which it was.
Can't praise the service l received any higher. Exceptional.
