Klarity done a great job on getting my travel pass, I highly recommend them. Great customer service when emailing any questions I had they got straight back to me. Great job

I would definitely recommend Klarity based on my experience. I was connected straight away and spoke to a very pleasant assistant who gave very precise and clear instructions on what to do. My husband also had an appointment for later but she was able to test both of us at the same time which was really helpful.
Our test results came through as soon as the test was completed.
I would call that excellent service

Emails now being ignored. Set up an online appointment and in order to do so had to open test cassettes to get the QR code. Once appointment was set up I received an email saying do not open the test cassette!! Contacted Klarity and I am told it’s ok to use them, I then looked online to find out the the cassettes can only be used up to 60mins after opening. I again emailed Klarity to be told “the higher ups” said it’s ok to use the cassettes. I then emailed back saying that as these tests are needed 1day before my flights that I am not accepting that information and can they send me details from the manufacturer confirming that the tests will be viable. I have also requested new cassettes and now my emails are being ignored. I will now have to organise another set of tests as I am not prepared to accept that these tests will be viable. Extremely unhappy with Klarity and will advise anyone considering using them to look elsewhere.

** reply to Klarity statement below**. This is entirely an accurate review, 1) the email you refer to saying not to open the cassette was in fact sent after I was instructed to open the cassette to book an appointment.
2) I have received replies to my emails however my questions were unanswered, in fact I was told the open cassettes are ok to use, then when I asked for confirmation of this from the manufacturer I received no reply. Which has still yet to be answered.
3) I then left a review here and guess what I got a reply however, the only question partly answered out of all my questions was regarding the statement made by Klarity that I could just use another cassette. I have questioned that I can use an NHS cassette.
4) I have now received a email from Klarity asking me to send a photo of the cassettes I have at home and I am waiting on the reply.
So Klarity this is an accurate review, and I now wait to find out if I can use the NHS cassettes that I have at home, or of you are going to send me out 2 new cassettes to carry out these tests. I would also suggest that Klarity remove from their appointment booking the requirements to link the QR code to appointments thus meaning that this situation would not have arisen. Finally you can obviously see my emails so please answer all my questions, and have a look at some of the responses I have received, it’s like no one has actually taken the time to properly read them.

Waited an hour and 45 mins yet no one could even be bothered to answer the video call. Their helpline number isnt valid. Avoid.

Step by step guide, easy to use, very efficient

Wow! I am so impressed on how well their service work. I've bought the kit and it arrived on the next day, even when I did not pay for a priority delivery. The app is very friendly with a video explaining how to take the test, and a timer. Took a pic of my results, scanned the QR code and in impressive 7 minutes I've received the certificate. Going to Brazil was never so easy! I am super happy with the test. Def recommend it!

Got my certificate on the day although it didn't come through within the hour as advertised... I submitted the test at 6pm.

I purchased a supervised lateral flow test as this was needed for travel via the US. The text experience was great - I joined the call a little early and the clinician joined almost immediately afterwards. Her instructions for taking the test were very clear and she sent the certificate over to me immediately afterwards.

With home test kit fit to fly certificate you can fly relax. Once you have taken your test waited 15 minutes and filled up all your personal details the certificate arrived almost instantly without the need to stress yourself what time of the day you will received it checking your email a thousand times and risking to don't board your flight because you have not received your certificate yet like has happened to me with other not serious companies in the past.

Fantastic service. Six tests arrived within 24 hours. I had a few questions so emailed Klarity who got back to me within minutes. Tests were simple and straight forward. The App was extremely easy to use (even for someone that isn't very good at technology). The certificates were emailed to me within 5 minutes. Very professional company.

I paid for a £30 antigen test for travel to America, the test kit arrived the next day even though I didn't pay extra for next day shipping. When I had a few queries about the testing process the agents emailed me back promptly with the answers I needed. The video assisted test was nice and easy (just nose and not tonsils) and the nurse was very professional. After uploading my test and ID pictures I had my ready to fly certificate within 30 minutes. An excellent experience from start to finish, so I'm quite confused about all the negative reviews, maybe they updated their app since those were posted.

Used for a day 2 test at home after returning from Thailand. Quick and super easy to use and document. Would definitely use again.

I found the Klarity test experience very straight forward - clear instructions on the app - tests we’re waiting upon arrival and received the test certificate within 2 hours of taking the test. Klarity was also cheaper than 4 others and the explanation of the tests offered were very easy to follow and ensured I chose the correct one - as the competitors did not make this as clear

Used for day 2 return from Tenerife - very easy to use and fast certification. Would use again if needed in future

I've used them twice now - returning from Mallorca and going to Brazil. Excellent service! Easy to use and in less than one hour we got our certificates. Thank you for making our lives easier at such stressful times!
