The purchase through Tui was easy and…
The purchase through Tui was easy and delivery was quick. There wasn't an up to date video on You Tube and I wasn't sure what to do! I suppose the instructions are:- Download the app. Then sort of find out how to book and arrange the appointment. I needn't of worried the guy who took the test guided me through, step by step. It's almost as though they do it everyday!
If there was a video available, it would have been 5 Stars.

Stressful with zero customer service
My mother ordered 2 fit to fly LF tests which arrived promptly, however, we conducted the tests at roughly the same time and both certificates came through with my mother's name on them. We both emailed the helpline to try and rectify the situation, I'm currently still waiting on a response (8days later) she received a response telling her they had no record of her purchase. The helpline number did not work. As we were due to fly the following day we had to order another test which enabled me to input my result (despite the fact the test had not arrived!) and we managed to get our certificates but at extra expense and considerable stress. Wouldn't recommend.

We were really nervous about getting these done (day before we travel), but it was effortless! Quick, easy to do and got the certificate through as promised both on the app and via email. 100% would use them again / recommend to others.

Supervised covid test for USA
Had to have a supervised covid test to travel to USA. Logged on easily and someone joined almost straight away. The clinician allowed me and my boyfriend to take our tests at the same time, the process was easy and we received our certificates within 5 minutes. Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

A positive experience for our negative tests ;)
Really good experience with standard antigen tests with video call needed for family of 4 to travel to USA. This was so easy to use, with very friendly person witnessing the tests, talked through everything and was patient would recommend Klarity ( but hopefully won’t have to once everything gets back to normal) but good service not to pricey and easy to use and deal with.
