So easy and does exactly what it’s supposed to

Ordered a lat flow test for fit to fly certificate on Monday using next day delivery it’s now Thursday I fly on Sunday 6am I have no clue where my test is, cannot get through to anyone on the telephone says it has not been possible to connect my call.

Used because of TUI recommendation now I have no clue how to get a refund customer service is horrendous waste of time money and a lot of stress

Superb service, kit delivered early on day after ordering with clear instructions even a short video on their app. Test sent off and fit to fly certificate back inside an hour . I would definitely recommend Klarity

Poor! The telephone number on the website consistently says ‘I’m sorry we’re unable to connect your call’ and it’s therefore impossible to speak to a person.
After I purchased the antigen tests the government website was updated to say that the country we are travelling to no longer requires covid tests. However I’ve not had an answer to my email and without a valid telephone number it’s been impossible to get a response about whether these can be returned for a refund. £50 out of pocket. What a scam! Shame on your TUI for recommending a company with no telephone line!

Prompt easy to use service, couldn't fault them

Completed a video meeting with Martin Smith and he was absolutely brilliant, straight forward, very informative and made me feel at ease. Offered to help with any other requirements, would highly recommend.

Surprisingly it was simple after you had done the first one and it was very effective and efficient way of testing for COVID
One aspect I found daunting was selecting my date of birth as I had to scroll the years backword to 1947 I thought there should have been an easier way, but managed to get there in the end

Absolute joke. We paid for Klarity's Premium Antigen witness test for travel to the US. The operator, 'Martin', opened the appointment, and my wife and I took the test. Within 30 seconds of running the test the operator asked to see the test, and promptly said, 'that's done' and shut down the appointment. Because of this my wife's test came back UNCLEAR, and we've had to book another test at the airport! Also, my Certificate does not state it's a witnessed test, as required of the US; it's exactly the same certificate as we received for a non witnessed test we used for Spain. The contact number does not work. Complete scam. AVOID!!!

I found it really easy and it was explained very clearly. The total procedure could not have been easier and the lady carrying out the test could not have been more helpful and very pleasant.

Excellent service , definitely recommend.
On reflection I had absolutely nothing to be nervous or worry about as the whole process went as smoothly as it possibly could.
The tests arrived within 24 hours and the questions I had about the process were answered by Julia very swiftly by email giving me total confidence.
The 2 clinician’s we had appointments with to over see the test were fantastic and totally on time. Can’t rate Klarity highly enough , will definitely be using them again.

I had a very stress free rapid test.Ease of use and both easy to follow instructions in the box and video , clear too.
Got back to me in a short while with certificate. Can't recommend this service enough.
Only criticism tests for me were expensive.

Wonderful service. Everything went smoothly and lady showed up on time. She was incredibly polite and lovely, can't fault the service.

I signed up, paid the 150, was prescribed medication, and since then it has been almost three weeks and there has been ZERO progress on my prior authorization. Nothing to my insurance company, nothing back. Nothing to the pharmacy. My doctor that I met with said Klarity's support team deals with the prior authorizations. I created a support ticket and have not gotten a single response, it has been weeks. They have no phone number. I am about to file a charge back and go to a local physchologist, this has been ridiculous. Please someone just give me an update here so I can either move on or get medication.

Really wanted to save a BIG thank you to Martin for saving the day. I didn’t order the tests in enough time - my fault as got confused with having to do the test 24 hours before. Anyway Martin sorted out the times as they weren’t available on the app. Did the tests and received the certificate straight away. We’re all set for Orlando! Thanks

What a great organisation with excellent technical applications via the app and great customer support. The combination of the two is in my view unusual. I would highly recommend them.

We recently used Klarity to b able to travel to USA. App was easy to use. We had to book 3 separate appointments but were able to all b tested on the 1st one. I logged on 10 mins prior as requested and within 30 seconds they had also logged on. The man put us at ease and was really friendly. Test completed and negative certificates sent straight through. Would recommend

Appt was very straight forward & we were made to feel at ease. Although at the time of booking I had to book 4 individual appts for our family the lady let us all take the test within the first appt and upload the results at our actual scheduled appt time. Would definitely recommend!

Hello, I would just like to confirm if a basic allergen test is sufficient to travel to turkey or do you need the standard test. Also I have purchased 5 basic allergen tests today and they are all on my app. Can my family (wife and child) input there detail into the test showing on my account or do I have to transfer them to their phone numbers?

Absolute waste of 149 dollars !! do not waste your time . Was short , Not anyway near caring and completely disregarding. Don't bother wasting your time. I will be disputing the charge with my bank . Tolltal BS!
