Klarity Cancer Screening Reviews 

Took a Antigen Rapid Test to meet the Day2 lateral test requirement in force in the UK. The process is straightforward particularly if you are familiar with the NHS tests. Followed the tutorial in the Klarity app which includes the 15 minute timer. Photographed the test, answered a few questions and the certificate came through in minutes. Very impressed.

First time that I have used Klarity. My first contact with them was when I sent an email to customer support on boxing day asking some questions about the different tests. I received a detailed and friendly personal response in less than half an hour. I bought the tests as o was impressed with the customer support. I installed the app and watched the video on what to so. We performed the tests a day or so ago and use the app to upload the information needed. Certificates were back in the app about 15 minutes later. I am really impressed with the service and I will certainly use Klarity again if I need Covid tests to travel. Thank you very much indeed.

Really disappointed with this 'service'. Ordered the basic+ test whilst overseas in the States, and couldn't see an option to upload a COVID-19 test. Contacted customer services and had no response, so spent time frantically trying to get a test done in New York to fly home, which was stressful.

Have since contacted Klarity twice via email and have still had no response. Would not recommend!!

A very distressing experience with this company.
We paid extra for an on-line appointment with a clinician and confirmed during the appointment that we were both negative. However, the clinician forwarded the wrong certificate for one of us, ie. "inconclusive".
Sheer panic ensued for 45 minutes, in which we tried to contact Klarity and then TUI, who were helpful but advised that if we were still unable to make contact, we should book another test. We were just about to do this when the correct certificate came through. The experience spoiled our last day and definitely marred our holiday.
Klarity point blank refused to give a refund, first saying that the clinician had sent the correct certificate through "within a few minutes" and later when challenged, saying that it had been sent through within 60 minutes. Very poor experience and will not use this company again.

We ordered a rapidtest at the 26th of Dec. I get that there were Holidays in between but the website specifically said that they were still sending in between those days. Still has not arrived till now.

This was the first time we had used Klarity for our pre-departure to UK flight. We had brought the Basic Antigen lateral flow tests we bought from Klarity to Greece, and took our tests there before our return. We uploaded the photo of our results on the Klarity app and within 15 minutes, we received our certificates in PDF form through email. Customer service through email has also been fantastic - thanks to Julia who answered my questions so promptly. We will continue to use this company for all our travel-required-tests if they maintain the standard of their excellent service.

This company is awful!! You’re so quick to take my money but won’t respond to any emails and your number on the site does not work.
I have sent my test off and had no response within 24 hours!!!!!
I have already emailed yourselves twice and still no response.
What a complete waste of time and money!!!

Excellent service - the app worked wonderfully, the process was easy and cheap. Very happy indeed, especially since I got my results back super fast, despite it being New Year’s Day.

App straight up does not work for the recording verification. Difficult to report app errors and get help.

Updated: Responded to the email within an hour and was told to use the web app. Would recommend using that from the get go. The web app meant I had to faff around uploading documentation and it took me an hour at least.

I have tested Positive in the LF test and i have received the certificate as Negative. This is a big mistake and it has not been reviewed properly by professionals.

We initially had issues - however we had the eureka moment...
when providing our test 2 days before returning to the UK the app kept kicking us out.... so frustrating!!! Specifically at the point of taking a picture of the negative test result....

After 20 or so attempts and upgrading my WiFi in the hotel it hit me...!!! Trying screenshotting the image of the test before sending....
Eureka .... the screenshot of the test worked and and uploaded with no problem - within a few hours we had our certificate...

Booked 2 lat flows at short notice (arrived in less than 2 days) to take abroad and use for the return home requirement. App used was fine, only stress was slow internet speed which meant we had to try uploading 3 times. Result back in about 2 hours. Printed cirt at hotel. Cheeper and easier than local spannish tests at €30 each. I was not prompted to do review and i do sympathise with those whose experience went wrong.

Bought pcr day 2 tests from Tui. Took the tests and posted off via Royal Mail on Tuesday 21 Dec at 9am.
Received email notification that our tests particulars had been recorded and tests sent to circular 1 lab, same day. ( Despite previous responses on here saying they no longer use this lab.) In limbo ever since not knowing if they will be processed by Christmas Day. Very stressful time, ruining Christmas for family . Phone calls not answered. Will keep posting till I hear, but seems a complete waste of money!

I've recieved the kits for our pre flight certificate, but unable to find the Covid in the list to send of the results to receive the certificate, telephone number doesn't work. So at a loss on how to send the results.

Rapid antigen - inexpensive and delivered quickly to take on holiday to use for our return flight. Was straightforward to use and confirmation of all clear for travel home was through in less than an hour.

Klarity medical, AVOID AVOID AVOID, did an antigen test both negative result, one came back positive on their online certification, un willing to help or admit their error!!

I obviously can't comment regarding those people who appear to have been let down by Klarity, but this is how we went on. We ordered the basic Klarity lateral flow tests via TUI. They arrived within two days, and we took them with us to Lanzarote. We did the tests without any 'appointments' or guidance, simply following the very basic instructions in the packs, and entering the results in the app. Fifteen minutes later, we received the necessary certificates, and entered the details on the passenger locator forms. Simples!!
