Reasonably priced for the tests - actually lower priced that alot of other companies. The process was simple and easy to follow. Received Result Certificates super quick. Overall I was impressed with the service and highly recommend to others.

For some reason, it seems that Klarity Health vanished from the face of the Earth, as evidenced by the recent reviews.

My Wife and I ordered the premium PCR package. We got our test kits and booked our appointments but nobody turned up to either of them (waiting 30min+ past the appt time). Tried cancelling my appt to rebook a later one, but the app doesn't let you rebook. So now we're stuck.

Nobody replies to emails. Phone number on the website is fake. Yep. Looks like a scam.

PCR testing kits were delivered fine. Completed the swabs and sent back and all relevant info submitted via the app.
6 days since the test kit were signed for and delivered still no result.
Poor communication and no response to emails for days. Could not locate a number to contact them.
Avoid and save your money and time!

From the moment I ordered our COVID Lateral Flow Tests until we took our tests for our flight back to the UK, I have found KLARITY to be totally efficient. Their instructions were clear and helpful. Once our tests were completed and submitted for our certificates, the certificates came back within a very short time. I really am impressed with their service. I am confident that the 2 day PCR test we have to do when we get home will go equally as smoothly

6 days and no results

- Sent PCR sample via priority post box 5/12/2021
- Royal Mail tracking confirms sample delivered 8/12/2021
- no replies to emails requesting update on when to expect results
- phone number on website coming up unobtainable

This is not the service I have paid £70 for.

Did 2 PCR tests according to the instructions, logged details in the App and posted in Priority post box by 5.30 am on Tuesday. Website says results within 24 hours of sample being in the lab.
Emails sent to Klarity on Friday asking about the results. They were checking all day on friday.
The results of the first test were only available at 11am on saturday and the second at 1pm on saturday (both over 100 hours since the tests were taken).
Even allowing time for samples to arrive at lab, this is an unacceptable delay.
Not good value for money.

I sent away PCR tests for me and my wife, we have not received the results within the promised 24 hours.
Others on the holiday have had their results.
I cannot get a response from emails sent. Does anybody have a UK phone number for them?

bought my fit to fly and day 2 test from Klarity through TUI, had no issues there. I sent off my day 8 test exactly as instructed with the pre printed label provided for me. Dropped it off at the local priority Mail box. 5 days later and I had no results. Luckily I noted one of mine and my partners tracking numbers down. Upon checking on Royal Mail the notice associated with my tracking number says “ Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 02-12-2021 as the recipient is no longer at that address. We're returning the item to the sender.”

I have contacted Klarity via the email on the app and online multiple times and have had no response at all. I paid approx £80 for this PCR and another £80 for my partner.
The lateral flow tests were amazing, so quick and within an hour I had the certificate. However this being the most expensive test I am deeply annoyed that I’ve not even had a result and it’s a massive waste of money.

Travelled to lapland 5th Dec fantastic holiday hindered alittle with the government changes, but thanks too tui for everything they did to ensure our safe return, A special thanks to the reps at Santasport, maile mistletoe and jinglebell Joe, a fantastic duo helpful in everyway, hope too see yous again if price is right haha, klarity ur information so easy to follow 10/10 regards Ben & Ella-mae

Travelled to Lapland on 5th Dec, due to the governments last minute change of rules TUI provided our tests. The instructions provided from Klarity were easy to follow and I’d who deffo use them again if the price was right.

Travelled to Lapland on 5th Dec as all the testing changed again for coming back to uk we had to test before coming home - TUI provided our tests so we didn’t have to source them ourselves and after a bit of a faffy process using the TUI link we managed to do the test and the results were back quickly via the Klarity app. The Klarity side of things was excellent and pretty straightforward once registered.

Very efficient service and excellent instructions

Super efficient service ,lateral flow result back within hours, easy to follow instructions .

Top service managed to do all the form and QR code with my IPhone. No complains

tried to fill in the form online on PC, webcam couldn't read the QR code and no other options available, wasted an hour trying everything, had to do it on phone in the end, should have said do form on mobile cos the web-based form uses webcam which won't do macro views

Ordered test kits, paid next day delivery! Still not here! Emailed twice, no response and the number doesn’t connect!

I do this reluctantly but one thing is for sure, when you hand over the money nothing goes wrong. My fault i put the wrong house number on the form when ordering the rapid tests. I then phoned straight away to correct the mistake and somehow managed to speak to someone then sent two emails to confirm the change of house number. The tests didnt arrive so I went to the house number i put on the form and thankfully they were there.

Whilst away the rules have changed and we no longer need to take these tests, TUI explained most of their recommended companies are returning the money. I have tried to contact the company by phone (100's of times, always engaged) and by email. I have heard nothing. Common sense might say this is a problem for lots of customers and maybe put something about returning the packages on the website if you haven't got time to answer phone calls or emails (i have noticed there seems to be time to answer questions on here!). This was my last hope of making some contact.

The app is not working for me, I have emailed several times, getting no help what so ever, due to travel soon, there is no contact number to speak to someone

We used the lateral flow test accepted by UK government and recommended by TUI for return to UK.
The only reason not to give 5 stars is that whereas younger more computer literate persons would have sailed through this without a second of worry, I at 70 was not aware that the app does everything for you so need have had no concern. Timing...I had not realised once starting the test that there is a seconds count down on the screen so you don't need to measure the 15secs needed at each stage...it is done for you...I hadn't realised that the video would upload automatically...and the photos for ID also would upload automatically. Maybe there could be a section in the app for us oldies or for anyone not having grown up in the tech age (or worse not having a modern mobile phone )!!! just explaining (what to anyone younger is probably considered as obvious) how each stage of taking the test on the app progresses and that in truth there is no need for concern as at every stage one is smoothly taken through the criteria for that stage until the entire test is complete. Now my only thoughts are..does the result go straight to the uk.gov or do I have to send the QR code I have received somewhere, and if so where...
