Very friendly staff and I'm very pleased with the service. I went with the 500MB option and it's about the same price as I was paying for my old broadband but it's noticeably faster. Every time I've called or emailed all the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Set up my home broadband service with kloud9 for about a month now, wifi connection is stable with good wifi speed. Good customer service as I recently got a feedback call from kloud9 checking in if everything is good and up to service.

Billie and Adam came to our home to install. They were professional and friendly and our young toddler was very intersted in what they were doing and they were very patient with her. My husband was very impressed that they boxes put in our home were straight and level and neat from Billie. So far so good and we are getting more than what we have purchased as a package. Will keep updated if anything changes.

Amazing customer service and response time. Had a similar issue to another person on here where the wrong router was in the flat and it was resolved on the same day. Speeds have been fine and connection is stable.

Kloud 9 has great customer service, and completed the install of my fibre easily and quickly. Had a teething problem, which turned out to our 12 year old TV not having updated software, but after we replaced it with a new one, everything is really fast. Kloud 9 kept in touch all the way during our install of the new TV and were always on hand to ensure that our changeover from BT to VOIP went smoothly

Connor from Kloud9 really saved the day for us last night. After a mix-up with the routers being in the wrong flat (which wasn't even Kloud9's fault), Connor rang me at 8 pm, right at their closing time, and sorted it all out, getting me connected to the correct router. Unfortunately, we hit a snag with the connection at 8:20 pm. My partner and I were resigned to spending the evening without WiFi, and I emailed support to give them a heads-up for the morning. But then, Connor, on his drive home, gave me a call to reassure me he'd look into the issue once he got home. True to his word, 10 minutes later, we were troubleshooting together over the phone. In no time, of talking to Connor, he had the issue sorted, and we were back online. I've never had such incredible customer service from an internet provider before. Actually, scratch that, it's one of the best customer service experiences I've had, full stop. Connor deserves a Staff Member of the Month award, hands down.
I must say, my entire experience with Kloud9 has been wonderfully refreshing. Everyone I've interacted with, including Natasha, has been fantastic. Finally, an internet company that combines efficiency with a genuine human touch and soul.

Kloud9 has brought FFTTP to our rural village and we are very happy to have chosen them as our broadband suppliers. From initial enquiries before the infrastructure was installed in the village to full installation in our home we have received superb service and support from everyone we have dealt with in the company.
We have found the engineers working in the village, installing the infrastructure, to be courteous and helpful and the sales and support team to be available and knowledgeable, responding quickly to queries.
Daniel, Niall and Jamie made an excellent job of bringing the fibre from the kerbside to the exterior of our property, overcoming obstacles without drama or fuss.
The broadband engineer, Billie, and her colleague Adam installed the service in our home and set us up faultlessly.
The Kloud9 broadband service is indeed super fast and speeds exceed those promised.
Overall, we could not be more pleased and our special thanks also go to Sarah Harrison for supporting us through the process.
Update:- Aug 20th. Telephoned the Technical Support line about an issue we encountered getting 2 new CCTV cameras on line. My call was answered almost immediately by Connor who was very very helpful and patient. He troubleshot remotely and provided suggestions and guidance. I was encouraged by his positive customer support and went on to get the new devices on line and working well. Thank you.

I’m giving it 5 stars because it was fairly painless and very efficiently fitted by Adam who was helpful throughout the whole process. Up and running within 2 hours. Finn the lad who emailed me and also phoned was great and offered me a free upgrade to 500meg so all in all I’m a happy bunny (pun intended)

So far, the Kloud9 internet is working well. Installation was very neat: the fibre wire is much thinner than the BT copper one.
I was rather surprised to discover that Kloud9 doesn't provide an e-mail service. Luckily, my old ISP will allow me to keep my e-mail address, but I know some others don't, which could be a problem for others.
Also, it has proved rather laborious to obtain concrete information on the subject of connecting our existing analogue phones to the fibre network. The Kloud9 representative was very pleasant, but I think the salesmen/reps should be supplied with precise information to give to intending customers as to the name and cost of the telephone adapter.
