From first contact, with a director, to the final installation was very impressive. My property lies just outside the village so the job was not straight forward. I had various teams of workers to connect my house to the village and they were friendly, helpful and very tidy.
The office kept me well up to date during the installation and contacting them was very easy with the phone being answered quickly.
They give the impression of a small family business that really care.

Although there were some initial installation issues, not their direct fault, Kloud9 went above and beyond what I expected and have delivered a super fast connection at a very reasonable cost.
All members of the team involved were excellent.
If they have availability in your area do not hesitate to contact Kloud9 for super fast broadband.

Woke up to no Internet the other morning. Phoned and spoke with support team around 8.30am. Engineer arrived just before noon, following two more calls from the team to keep me updated. Problem found and fixed within the hour. It is only when things go wrong that you can truly evaluate a business. Well done Kloud9 for excellent customer service.

Poor broadband speed at our property made us look at alternatives. Kloud 9 had recently installed full fibre to the area so we checked it out. Speeds are now fantastic (we opted for the 100 Mb option) which is also cheaper than other providers. The signing up process was straightforward with easy telephone contact. Installation day was within 2 weeks and we were connected quickly and efficiently by the engineer Billie who also explained how to use the system through the app. We are delighted with what we have joined and now have a fit for purpose broadband connection.

Was a little apprehensive moving from BT after many years but after doing a speed test I knew fibre would make a huge difference especially as I work from home and have 3 teenagers in the house. I was paying a lot for not a lot. Kloud9 have given great, fast, polite customer support during and throughout the install. Billie and Adam were friendly, professional and ensured I had the app and passwords set up correctly. They did a tidy job of the cables on the exterior of the house and also internally. Initial speed test in the most remote room of my house is immediately double. This service is crucial in a rural area. Thank you Kloud9, keep up the good work!

Everything was great. The only downside was that we were told cables would be pulled through existing conduits, only approx. 2 weeks prior to install. We found out a week before install that telegraph poles were being erected, which are an eyesore. Then cables started being installed overhead to houses, which is when we found out they couldn't pull the cables through the existing conduits. The team had been in the village for a number of weeks prior to them confirming about pulling the cables through. They knew they couldn't pull them through and this was not communicated to us. Apart from that, everything else was good. Internet no longer drops out. Small but noticeable difference in speed.
Their system is independent, no other company can use their lines at present, so if you want to go with another provider, you will likely have to keep your BT, Sky, Virgin lines.
