100% fast broadband
Fantastic very fast broadband. It was installed by Billie and Adam exactly when I was told it would be. The installation was really fast with no hassle and no mess. They were informative, kind and chatty which was lovely. I would, and have, recommend to everyone, brilliant.

Cloud 9 super fast broadband from a truly Professional organisation.
Cloud 9 kept me informed and supported all the way through to the completion of the installation of our new broadband. The two engineers who installed our new super fast broad band were not only professional. They were polite, helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. A great experience from start to finish.

Fantastic experience
The two lovely ladies that arrived today for the installation was fantastic. They managed to install the service in a very quick professional manner with a very clean installation. I couldn't be happier with the service that I got today 10/10. I would also like to thank customer service who managed to help with questions and also providing their services.

Ashley has recently just left from fitting our new fibre broadband and I'm so happy with the service and speedy delivery! Ashley even went one step further and fitted one of the new internet boxes over a hole that I had in my wall so ontop of getting super speedy broadband I also now longer have a huge (ugly) hole in my wall! The job was supposed to take her 2 hours I was told, she had it all up and running in 30 minutes and ontop of that even arrived earlier than planned! Thank you again Ashley for going that extra step. Lovely lady and works super fast!
