Everything was just so simple! From my first email with Julie about which package would work best for me through to the final installation.
Ashley and Billie did the installation and they were excellent, a very high standard of work and extremely tidy workers. They didn't leave until they made sure that we were completely happy. It's by far the most reliable internet we've ever had, a constant reliable speed, highly recommended

Very happy with the installation
Very happy with the installation. Have amazing connection and no lag at all! Have 3 smart tv’s, laptops, Xbox and iPhones and there is no problem when they are all being used.

Swift and efficient after been contacted
Been with Kloud9 since May and have struggled with the original supplied wireless routers signal dipping in and out.
This is something they have addressed with a new more powerful router this has transformed the coverage in my Home and I now have fast upload and downloads speed through out the house.
I can truthfully say that there customer service after I contacted them has been exemplary , there response was both swift and efficient .The telephone staff were polite and knowledgeable the engineer that visited my home and installed the new router was also excellent.
Some bigger companies could learn from Kloud9

Exceptional Service and Hopes for Expansion
We were particularly impressed by the swift assistance provided by two excellent technicians during the setup of the box. Considering the challenging location of Knightsbridge, obtaining a high-speed internet connection is usually difficult, but we feel fortunate to have had it.
We’d also like to mention Tom from customer service, who provided attentive and caring support throughout our experience. We hope to see Kloud9’s services expand to many more areas in the future!

The highs and lows of Kloud9.
I have just had fibre optic broadband installed. The engineer who installed the equipment, Ryan, was very good. Not only was he clean and tidy in everything he did, he also advised on how everything worked and helped set up the Linksys app (for the router) on my phone.
In contrast, the admin side was a disaster. I only received the contract at the last minute, which needed changes. Details of the offer differed from those I'd been led to expect (now thankfully improved). Also the contract is far too long for a private customer like myself, being more oriented towards business.

We deeply value our customers and we want to make sure that they are happy with their service and receive the best quality experience possible.
Installation went fine but poor coverage with limited support to fix
Kloud9 were very helpful in getting the fibre installed and that went without a hitch. Unfortunately coverage was poor and required additional investment and work by ourselves to install a mesh / extender system. Ultimately we have taken the decision to cancel and continue with my old provider since I had good coverage and it was reliable.
I had a mixed experience but overall just wanted to provide some advice to others before installing.
There is no guarantee for the WIFI signal in the home, only at the box. (Unlike BT with my previous contract). If you have a larger property or one with thick walls that could be a problem for you. I'd suggest asking beforehand what WIFI coverage they expect to have after installation and also ask what support there is to ensure full coverage in the whole house, including costs for extenders / mesh system if thought necessary. You will have to pay for that system, so it is worthwhile weighing up beforehand this additional expense / hassle is worth it.

Installation snags but great performance
The installation took a couple of visits but once installed the upload/download performance is excellent. The support team are also very responsive.

Installation was completed without any issues and the chaps were great and very helpful.
With regards to performance, considering this is a fibre broadband, I have not noticed any speed improvement compared to the broadband service I had with TalkTalk, which happened to be £7 per month cheaper.
Also, the standard router supplied has poor WiFi range and looks ugly.
