I ordered four shirts from Klyber (a Dutch-registered company) and received items that were not as described — extremely poor quality and completely incorrect sizing. When I requested a refund, Klyber offered only partial refunds (10%, then 20%, then 50%) and demanded I pay to ship returns to China.

This practice breaches EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), which requires sellers to cover return costs when goods are faulty or misdescribed. I’ve now filed a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre & UK International Consumer Centre and reported the case to the Dutch Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM).

I strongly advise against ordering — their “Dutch company” setup hides a China-based return policy that makes refunds almost impossible.

I ordered a cashmere jumper in XL ! As soon as I unwrapped it . I could see it was about the size that a small boy or girl would wear. Also the label in the collar area had been ripped off ! I wish that I had read all these reviews first . Be warned !!!

Item not delivered and no contact as to reason why

I wouldn’t even give it one star, I ordered a pair of cowboy boots in a size 6 they sent a size 5 they said they would give me a 10% discount I said what’s the point as they don’t fit they are also poor quality they said I had to return them at my expense they would send me an address which they haven’t I’m £53 out of pocket never order from them they are absolute scammers.

Ordered 4 what supposed to be rustic cargo shorts advertised online and turned out to be thin Chinese copies, very disappointed and no bloody help from this company 😞

woe betide the purchaser if the supplied product is not acceptable i.e. Chinese interpretation of English shoe sizes incorrect and if you manage to eventually get a return address it is in China. Not the easiest or cheapest place to post to.
Klyber, A Nederland’s (EU) company selling on-line in Europe & UK with a Chinese return address is not made clear on their web site. Possibly not ethical?
The run-around to avoid any refund is legendry.

The quality of the product is not in anyway close to the advert photo they use . The product is absolutely not worth the £80 I paid . Do not in anyway deal with this company they pose as Dutch but all the products come from China.

I would give zero stars if possible. I checked out this company as far as possible and it seemed to originate from the netherlands. Wrong! China. Ordered two ladies "silky" blouses. They are poorly finished, inferior materials and do not resemble the google advert! After a few emails asking to return I did finally get an address in China. This followed offers to refund 10 or 20%. I have been caught by this pattern before. Today I tried to get them posted. Nearly got there but final hurdle made me abort. I needed a phone number for the recipient. This info was omitted. My husband says give up - he cannot cope with my escalating anger! SO MY TIP. READ TRUST PILOT REVIEWS or shop in known established uk retail sites. Trustworthy and legitimate.

The items that I received were not only late the quality of the stitching was beyond beginner. The seams were puckered and sewing could be seen. The companies response was stagnant they would not move from the cost being mine to return to China.
Given that the goods were clearly faulty the cost should be theirs.

Avoid at all cost I purchased a shirt at half price down to £34 when it arrived it looks so so cheap something from china which clearly cost £2 disgusting I’ve never seen anything like it straight in the rag bin for cleaning

I order on 4september and delivery arrives after whole month and parcel was ripped open. Quality is extremely bad i was shocked that they are coming up on uk website this is what they are sending this shit stuff
I ask for refund and they said they can offer 10% refund and keep the all items and 20% but I don’t have any use of this rubbish I am asking for refund. Thought return address on the parcel is from uk but they insist to return to this address

Avoid!!!! Ordering from this company it’s only causing lot of stress and frustration thry selling goods are not fit for purpose.

Oh dear! I’ve been scammed and should have read reviews. Jumpers were sold as cashmere and have a label advising 100% acrylic made in China. Very cheap and nasty at not so cheap price. No returns policy. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

Orderd pair of shorts look great in pictures but that's it.They are terrible quality and don't look like the pictures. Stay away.

I purchased a dress which was far to short and ask to return the dress, they kept replying to emails asking the same questions and said they done have a returns policy and would have to pay for return but would not send return address after asking 6 times

They are as awful as everyone is saying. Bought some xxl tops that turned out to be tiny. The company claims to be Dutch but they give a return address in China.

Please do not buy from this company total SCAM good are of a very poor quality and come from China not Holland the Holland address is just a front i have been trying for weeks to get a refund & just get an automated email from Nina in the middle of the night AVOID at all costs

If i could give them 0 I would, pictures and website look absolutely superb, but that's where it stops. Company based in Holland, but your order gets delivered, if they delivered, from the slowest boat from China, customer services are a complete waste of time, plus youve got absolutely no chance of a refund. I purchased 2 pairs of sandals, the way they have been packaged is utterly inadequate leather sandals completely flattened , squashed out of shape poor quality , second pair are too big I have supplied them with photos and emailed them 7 times without much luck and repeated email asking for photos . DOES ANYONE HAVE THE RETURN ADDRESS FOR THIS COMPANY. Thank you Grace

Just to let people know I have returned the goods to CHINA after much debating with this company for the address and currently waiting for a refund , I shall keep you posted .
