This online store is completely unreliable.
I purchased a dress that was not cheap, and it arrived two weeks later in a damaged condition and looked nothing like what was advertised. Although their return policy states that items can be returned within 14 days, I was told I had to cover the return shipping costs myself, and the return address provided was in China.

I specifically asked for a UK or European return address, as I made the purchase from the UK and shipping to China is expensive. However, I received no further response and was simply told to return the item to China.

I do not expect to get my money back, but I am sharing this so that others are warned and do not have the same experience.

Do not buy anything from this online store!

Quality, there is none. Customer service they only offer a 10% refund and you will have to pay the return fees. I ordered a pair of shorts as the picture on their website looked really good. However in reality they are a big disappointment, virtually see through and the finish is very poor. Not worth one star

Ordered a pair of shorts and arrived 30 odd days later.
They were not the shorts that I ordered but a disgusting pair of shiny things not what was on there web site.
So 35 pound later no response, sent texts photos no response.

DON'T GO NEAR THEM THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. LYING, CHEATING UNTRUSTWORTHY.

EVEN THOUGH I SENT PHOTOS TO SHOW THE DIFFERENCE.

Ahh I’m so glad I’m not alone. Next time I will read trust pilot reviews. Took too long to arrive. Poor quality . Poor communication . Expensive delivery if I wish to return. If you have sense to check Trustpilot before you buy- don’t buy

If I could give a review of 0 I would.
5 weeks to arrive poor quality no wash instruction horrific stitching material like a laundry wash bag .total scam do not order off this company you will lose your money and get utter rubbish delivered.

Fairly expensive product and the photos look good. However, what you receive is totally different and THE cheapest rubbish I have ever seen. Once I highlighted this and requested a return the representative told me that "our team has confirmed that the item you received matches your order." Which is ludicrous.

So they won't honour a return and from reading other reviews I suspect the return postage will be high as apparently Klyber is registered in the Netherlands but the items are coming from China

It's basically a scam to send you crap that it's not economically viable to send back.

Klyber team i spoke to Nancy Davies supporter team .I have sent pictures of the items i ordered and received yesterday the items do not fit me my Newphew Mark ordered them for me but they are size too small . But I want a refund . We ger no response please refund UD our money and please inform us where we can receive a return labil. This is a great customer services care team why are you guys refusing to give us pur money back . When we want to return back the iten thar just got delivered yesterday. My Newphew Mark has sent 5 enails so response please get back to us

Item arrived late even though i requested fast track delivery.
The dress was of a very poor quality, sizing was small. A complete waste of money. I spent about £45 with delivery costs and only received a £6.36 refund... The return cost was far greater for me, despite telling them on the day i received the dress i want to return it and took photos etc. Their response was very very poor and customer Service doesnt exist. I am sorry for sounding so negative, but anyone thinking of buying from here, DONT!

They pretend to be a Europe based company selling high quality goods. I purchased a cardigan that took 3 weeks to get from China. The item looked like a badly done knock-down version - absolutely nothing like what was advertised.

Klyberwear failed to send a pair of slippers in Feb25. Since then I have been dealing with a mindless litany of seemingly AI generated responses, agreeing to refund ,then repeating rubbish delaying tactics.
I am still no further to getting a refund and can only believe this is a fraudulent European front operation for some unscrupulous Chinese supplier.

Don’t ever purchase from this company!!! Received 4 pairs of shorts that were not what I ordered. I received cheap Chinese imitations of what they were supposed to look like. Completely different shape and looked awful, to the point I showed my 13 year old daughter if they looked like the picture and she started laughing hysterically and said dad you’ve been ripped off.
Said they would refund at my cost as that’s what I ordered. I said I refuse to pay to send them back as they conned me. They then ignored all communication so I had to charge bank my bank card to get my money back. Avoid at all costs!!!!

The company cannot be improved because it is entirely fraudulent. Instead, it should be shut down. The 100% merino wool cardigan advertised turned out to be a cheaply made synthetic garment with no labels whatsoever. It also turns out not to be refundable.

I wish I got to speak to Nina - I never received a thing. The royal mail tracking number is false

Item arrived and was way too small despite ordering a Large size. When I informed them, someone called Nina asked me to send a photograph. Then I heard nothing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Product received took longer than advertised on their website. Upon receipt of the product, it is not good quality, far too small (doesn't fit true to size) immediately I asked to return the item, I received no correspondence for the first 4 days, then gaps in correspondence since of 3 days, they are asking for photos of product without providing any details for return or refund, their policy online offers a 14 day returns policy in Europe. This is not the case. The company is a scam and I would avoid at all costs

Sadly this is the same review as everyone else and I wish I'd gone on Trust Pilot before purchasing.

The item arrived 2 weeks later than I expected, so I requested a refund and returns for multiple times. What I presume is a bot, Nina is replying to all my emails with the same answer. Requesting a photograph of the product and ignoring my request to return the item.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Shoes ordered are not the correct UK sizing.
They don't offer refunds.
Returns you would pay the postage and customs charges to China. But you still wouldn't be refunded.
If lucky you might get a partial refund.
I would never order again.
Otherwise the shoes matched the description so it would be better if they could take on board they need to get the sizes right.

Ordered a pair of corduroy trousers from Klyberwear that looked great in the photos — structured, rich brown, high quality. What arrived was nothing like the images: dull, flat, cheap-looking, and not even proper corduroy. I contacted them within the 14-day legal return window, but they refused my return, claiming the item “matched the order.”

Only after I cited UK consumer law and threatened to report them did they suddenly “allow” the return — but only if I paid return shipping myself. No apology for the delay or refusal, just a 10% refund offer if I kept the product.

Customer service was slow, evasive, and dismissive of my rights. I’ve reported them to Trading Standards. It shouldn’t take a legal threat just to get a basic return processed.

Extremely disappointed — if you're considering ordering from them, I’d seriously reconsider.

Absolutely disgusting service and customer service.
I asked to return this item immediately after opening and I had one reply to my email by someone called Nina however since then all my messages and emails are being ignored! Do not trust this company the jacket I received is of terrible quality and so small it’s unacceptable and disgraceful. It does not look anything like the jacket shown on the website. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! I am now going to seek legal Advice 😡
