I have to add to the chorus of people who feel this is a scam, and I wish I'd seen these reviews beforehand.

My story is like everyone else; my item arrived in the wrong size and I requested an exchange. They asked for a photo which I sent, only for them to say the product looked perfect and didn't warrant a refund.

I reminded them that I'd asked for an exchange not a refund, and I also sent pictures of the item's tag, a screengrab of my order's sizing and their alleged refund policy which offers a guaranteed 14 day period from delivery to refund the item. I had sent my initial email the day after it had arrived so was well within these limits.

They've since been stringing me along with the same copy and paste email saying that my case is under review, they are waiting to see if my size is available, and to be patient, even though I've since asked to be refunded. I doubt, based on others testimony, that I will see my money again. I am currently looking at options to report this company further.

Garbage quality. No refund. In short - DO NOT USE THESE CON ARTISTS. The so called 'raincoat' was absolute rubbish! Over countless emails, they have been stringing us along for a refund for 2 months. This is by far the worst company I have ever bought from. A complete rip off!

in spite of some good reviews on this site I can truly say that this appears to be a scam company. The posted item looks vaguely like the item advertised but must be a very cheaply made copy made from lightweight synthetic materials. contacting them immediately for a refund bore no results. Only after severl attempts and a dialogue with Paypal did they rfund me 50%. very unsatisfactory. No way of returning item. They appear to be based in Holland but most likely come from China.

DO NOT BUY from this company! Ordered XL and product arrived in what looks like a child’s size! Poor quality fabric too, so I asked to return and get a refund immediately upon receipt of product. Took ages to get a reply and they refuse to refund, stating nit an adequate reason! Have raised this issue with my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Shockingly bad quality and sizing!

Do not buy from !!!! No refunds issued sizes are a joke XL is. Small at the best . Customers said can’t have a refund, that’s one day after the 3 week wait for the goods.

Bought 2 pairs of jogging bottoms XL arrived 4 weeks later , they would not even fit my 16 year old son , more like a small than a Xl.
Asked for returns address was told my returns request not valid and could not get a refund. I would avoid this company , poor quality china clothing , sizes are a joke . Customer service does not exist .

Poor quality clothing. The pictures on website are not of the actual items delivered (pictures are of more qualitative clothing).

Return/refund declined (apparently my reason of not being properly suited on my body is not qualifying for refunds! ).

My jacket is terrible quality and three sizes too small. They have not responded to my 4th email.

I purchased a jacket in January. I received it three times smaller. I requested a return and refund in January. They are still stringing me along in April.

UPDATE: It's June, and this company, "based in Amsterdam," is now saying I can return it to China if I pay from my pocket. The shipping costs are the same as the jacket, and the Post Office advised that there's no tracking to prove it ever arrived.
