Superior products good prices and the staff are awesome
Staff are awesome, knowledgeable, honest and genuinely helpful. The layout of the store is well organised and tidy and the quality of products is generally higher than other large tool stores. Prices are as good as you'll get at stores selling inferior product too. I love this place.

My every experience at KMS Tools has been positive!
There are plenty of people to help, experts really seem to know their stuff, and even those who are not do their best to help out when needed. Prices are also great compared to other larger box stores that carry tools. The selection is fantastic - I needed a few odd sized Forstner bits for arcade buttons and they had them in stock. Lots of things here that you can't find at other retailers.
Local store with a local feel. Lots of contractors shop here, but they always made a nerd like me feel at home.

The flyer I receive in the mail is a waste of paper and money. If you are not getting good results from this mailing dump it. The email notifications are great.

Shipping via Purolator is not an easy and/or pleasant experience.. For this reason only I will never have shipped again.. If you switch or give the Customer other options (UPS or FedEx) than we would be ordering more online.

The friendly, knowledgeable staff make going there knowing you will have a pleasant experience. The store manager is exceptional in his product knowledge and his customer service. The extensive, well sorted merchandise selection encourages impulse buying which may not be so good😉. The friendly and efficient cashiers are a very pleasant change from most places.
