Good place to buy tools, people are always and price sometimes are very good.

I have purchased from KMS online store as well as my local branch.

I always enjoy talking with the staff and learning more about how to use the tools.

The online store is great for purchasing when my local store is not open.

They have the tools I need, when I need them at a reasonable price

I bought a pen kit - and experienced issues with it. The staff were super helpful. I returned it and bought the parts individually. They were helpful and lovely.

KMS is my go to for most tools. If they don't have it, it is very specialized. I look for their flier every month.

As a contractor and custom woodworker, I often need specialized tools and equipment. KMS Tools almost always has what I'm looking for. The sales staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. This is my go-to store for quality and value.

Took my senco dual tank compressor in to repair shop 8/24/2021 called them every month for up date 2 yrs later they say sorry the parts are discontinued but if I find it on Amazon and buy it ! They will fix it !! What a joke !! Repair shop needs an overhaul!! Won’t take nothing there again !! .

Ordered mid Nov. Emailed my order number, it also says to go online, create account with them to track my order, I did...no where does it let you track an order. It only says estimated delivery date. No tracking number, no name of delivery company. Called company, no answers. No replies to emails. 6 days over estimated delivery date. No clue if it is even coming. Going in person today.

It is with a heavy heart that I post this review. I have been a strong supporter of KMS Tools for many years, telling all who would hear that this was THE place for quality tools. Sadly I found out this weekend that they do not stand behind their products. Apparently some brands get a warranty, but some get only 30 days!!!! I bought a pair of Channel Lock side cutters a couple months ago. they had only been used a few times and broke. I took them back only to be told that they don't warranty Channel Lock brand! Not good enough! So only some of the thousands of dollars worth of tools I've bought have a warranty. I was told if I bought a premier brand cutter then I'd have a warranty. You know what I did? I bought the premier brand cutter... at HOME DEPOT! They'll warranty their products so they can have my hard earned dollars. I understand buying power but I also expect to be treated reasonably when something is so obviously a factory flaw and not abused be replaced.
