Knowledgeable sales people, pretty women at the till.

Your cyro glue replacement tips are not on your website
The large ones ? You list caps but not the actual replacement applicator for coloured tips ?
Your representative refunded my money as a solution .
I’m stuck with small applicator caps that I guess I will return one day when I travel to Kelowna ?

They had what I was looking for and it was cheaper than advertised

Well, i have to say over the years that I’ve spent money at KMS the service is just plain bad! The selection of tools is ok most of the time, but try and find someone for anything or that gives a sh#t about their job. My wife will come into all other man stores but this one. KMS for me is a last resort kinda place for tools now. LOTS OF OTHER OPTIONS that have customer service.

KMS has a very cumbersome and difficult system for paying for purchases online. They send out ads for online special pricing and when I went to purchase I ran into a bunch of roadblocks. The final straw for me was the pop up of an additional window saying they would email a special code needed to complete the purchase using my credit card. Had some indication it was from the Royal Bank where my credit card is from. Never did get this code emailed to me so I couldn't make the purchase. Asked Royal bank about this special code and they know nothing about and said don't touch it with a long stick because it liiks like some kind of fraud going on. Hey KMS did you ever hear of PayPal??

I had purchased a Milwaukee air compressor and had a few issues. Called the Milwaukee warranty phone number and the gentleman that dealt with me was awesome.

He recommended that I call KMS tools for and exchange.

KNS put me through to Devine and she was so good to deal with.

I do not usually do reviews however because she was so good I am doing this review as I would give her 10 stars!

I will continue to purchase all my tools at KMS as customer service is so important to me as I had a retail business for 40 years built on customer service.

It is easy to talk the talk but it is hard to walk the walk.

Kudos to Devine and KNS Tools!

Staff gave me a price match to an advertised competitor price which I appreciated. Such efforts allow me to go direct to KMS Tools knowing that they are always competitive vs me having to go to multiple places for best price.

All the staff at KMS Kelowna that I have dealt with over the past 5 years are amazing in terms of their knowledge, attitude & customer service.

Recent visits I have noticed an increase in sales staff. The store is big and finding what I need quickly is important.

Great tools, could use more helpful staff, the young people are great, but the middle aged gentlemen was rude and unhelpful on multiple occasions. I also Wish the pricing was a bit more consistent in store. Still a big KMS fan and spend way too much money there!

Every time we go to KMS for sale items, the items are IN STOCK! That is fantastic, saves us a lot of time! Also, staff members are always available when we have questions, they will provide the answer or find another staff member that can! I greatly appreciate having someone able to help me!
