My first choice for tools, in-store or online. They have fantastic prices, good variety of brands, and once you know your way around the store, things are quick to find. Special ordering online is easy. In-store staff are helpful.

They are a good company to deal with both in-store and on-line. I have made multiple purchases and I have always been pleased with the service and the pricing is fair and they have great sales that I frequently take advantage of

Service is getting better.
The products are good, but the service has been poor. However, like a lot of companies that didn't anticipate the volume of online sales in these uncertain times, is taking steps to rectify that problem. It's not their fault of poor shipping delays, only Canada Post can own that problem. They have a way to go for their online presence, but they are getting there.
