You ask me if satisfied when the correspondence and contacts are from a Prince George location when I am in Victoria on Vancouver Island the only thing you got right is I am in Canada.
As for your rewards program I tried twice to set this up even with the manager with my local store. not only did it not register my name or the Car Club when tried to use it or get other club members to register their purchases to the club. No registry existed but I do feel good that Prince George knows our Club for advertising great savings.

I purchased a Milwaukee tool from them, opened it up to find it was used and returned, they let me exchange it with no hassle at all, and they where very friendly.

The staff were helpful and cheerful.

I have always had excellent service. Only concern is that I bought a Dewalt 12 in. Chain saw that was on sale. After several months in the box, I took it out and used it for about an hour when it quit. It has been returned to Dewalt for fixing but that is taking for ever. I need it now. Not KMS's fault.

Recently purchased a table saw. Was keeping an eye on the price and jumped when it came down, its rebates and a price reduction. The local store had it in stock and even put it in my pickup after payment. As it was the holiday season and many people are stressed by all of it, the staff at the local store was cheerful and helpful in getting what I needed. Thanks to all and a happy new year!

I called to give you more of my bussiness but you could not come close to another sellers previously advertised price. So I waited and saved $100 on the M18 grinder when it came back on sale from your competitor with free shipping.
I am telling you this because I am disappointed that when I tried to purchase from you you did not live up to my expectations. And forced me to shop elsewhere.
I am sure your competition did not sell it at a loss.

Poor service and knowledge of products in the woodworking section, and check out without any customer appreciation. Would rather buy online.

The two girls works at the front counter were rude to every single guy in the line up. Rude service for no reason.

Emails about sales that save me money. Staff at the store are super helpful when I go to the store in Prince George. Lots of selection of parts.
