Came in for bandsaw blades and cabinet scrapers, found the blades where I expected. Had to ask staff where the scrapers were, she was very helpful in locating them.

Good prices and selection
I can find good prices on a wide range of materials and tools; very helpful for a general contractor. I had to find them in other cities and liked the store so much I begged the management to put a store in my town. They have the prices and stock I used to have to shop online for.
