We had our initial quote and consultation with Ady and couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was super friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail. We felt fully informed about the plan and what to expect throughout the process. We also had a really great chat, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy.

From the beginning with Paul visiting to do the quote, follow ups with office, the surveyor Scots visit and the fitting of 2 windows by Scot this company showed professionalism, knowledge of product and were polite and easy to do business with. My home was looked after and left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend to family and friends

Ade came to quote for new flat roof. Once I explained the situation and that our plans for converting the garage are very long term, he agreed that the best thing would be to wait until all that is completed and then approach Knights wood for a quote. I was very happy with that sensible advice.

I recently had my roof renovated by Knightswood Home Improvements, and I’m very pleased with the entire experience.
Adi, the first salesman I met, set the tone from the beginning. He was informative, friendly, and genuinely easy to speak with. He presented the company with confidence and clarity, which immediately gave me peace of mind about the project.

Ady has been out this evening to give us a quote for 3 windows, were extremely happy with the professionalism, attention to detail and the advise given regarding the designs we had in mind.

Knightswood should be proud to have him as part of the team.

Ady was the second contact we had with Knightswood. He measured the windows, discussed the options and gave us a really good price.
He explained about the frames, the windows, the locks - everything.
When Ady left we understood exactly what would happen with our replacement windows, and the time frame it would happen in.
He was excellent at communication - asking if we understood everything. He was mindful of our property and treated it with respect.
All in all, he is a credit to his company and a first rate salesman.

Ada visited and from this excellent beginning all future work was carried out to the highest of standard.

I was visited by Paul from Knightswood to quote for a new roof, although I was a bit sceptical at first Paul reassured me and answered all my questions in a professional manner. I found the team at Knightswood very professional and had no problems in contacting them. The work was carried out and completed within 3 days, the roofers Blaine, Dan and Hayden carried out the work in an exemplary and timely manner despite the weather conditions on the day. Claire was amazing with arranging everything and dealing with any queries. The scaffolding was taken down the very next day and the skip was collected. Thanks to Steve for visiting and organising. I would definitely recommend Knightswood.

Ady was a very good and polite guy, he came in this morning to give us quote for our flat roof. Very clear explanation about the job, but unfortunately this is not the right time for us as we have other things to do . We'll definitely use this company when we want to go ahead.

A man from Knightswood home improvements called Adi came and spoke to me about the roof. He was so nice and very polite. I was about getting my roof done because of passed bad experiences but he reassured me that they were a good company. He wasn't pushy and even gave me time to think which I really appreciated. I had a full roof done. The roofer and his friend who did the roof was very friendly and polite. They did such a good and left no mess. I get comments on how good my roof looks. Paul arrived exactly on time and was very thorough and clear in explaining all aspects of the process. As well as being pleasant and personable he encouraged questions and answered them clearly making it easy for us to understand. We now look forward to the installation.
