Recently had my flat roof replaced on the garage the workmen were incredibly polite and hardworking couldn’t fault them at all kept me informed all the way through the office staff were extremely helpful from start to finish very happy with the work and would definitely recommend

Well what can I say , what an absolute pleasure to work with , they installed all my windows and doors with perfection , I checked all the work they did and I found absolutely nothing to complain about what so ever . I’m more than happy to recommend them to anyone.

Was recommended Knightswood by a neighbour. They have just completed. Very happy and I would recommend them myself. 4 windows were changed from the old pvc. Clean and tidy workman and very polite. Great job

* Fail to respond to any correspondence, letters, emails, telephone calls including a recorded delivery to their Wolverhampton offices that was returned without explanation
* Happy and eager to take your deposit - don't give them your bank details.

Was having issues with roof and was recommended knightswood. Service amazing really impressed with knowledge and they really put my mind at ease. Workers really polite and tidy, wouldn’t know they’d been if it wasn’t for the new roof. Thanks so much guys

The tradesmen that physically replaced my roof did a great job.

The customer service and after care provided, is shambolic. My skip has been abandoned on my drive (overfilled) because they ordered a skip too small. The skip company won't retrieve it.

I've communicated regularly with knightswood, only to be ignored and lied to about resolving the issue. There is a clear breach of contract and no one in management seems to care.

I would not use knightswood if you value your sanity and wish for stress free experience

I recently had Knightswood Home Improvements replace six windows, a bay window, all in double-glazed uPVC, my front and back doors, and a set of patio French doors, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From start to finish, the team were informative, polite, and helpful. They turned up when they said they would, kept everything tidy, and were respectful of my home throughout the job.

The work was completed on time and at a price I was more than happy with. What really stood out, though, was their attention to detail. I expected at least a bit of damage to the brickwork or the interior plaster when removing the old windows, but they were very careful and left no damage at all.

A professional and reliable company that clearly takes pride in their work. I’d definitely recommend them.

Knightswood done a 3 side Fascia, fitted 4 windows and a bifold door 2 weeks ago. The workers were very efficient and the fitters cleaned up after the job was completed.

Next door was having a new roof put on me and my son went out came back we heard a crunch i got out the car to find a piece of wood with a nail stuck in my sons wheel i emailed the company the manager spoke to me he was very polite and he agreed to pay for a new tyre my son recieved payment a few days later

I’ve just had my windows replaced with this company.
They did a fantastic job, on time and really impressed with the workmanship.
Cleaned up all the mess at the end which was great. Now waiting for a quote on a new roof from them and should get existing customer discount

Knightwoods replaced 9 windows and 2 doors in white pvc at my house in Solihull. The fitter john was very efficient and cleaned up all the rubbish when he finished. He even left me a bottle of pvc window cleaner before he left. I would definitely recommend Knightwood to anyone who's looking to change their windows. They were very professional with their work.

My wife and I had windows fitted by Knightswood, the windows were first class and exactly what I had hoped they would be. The fitters were outstanding they fitted 8 windows in a day and a half, cleaned them and clean up afterwards. My wife would like to have kept them to help her tidy the house.
There was a delay with the fitting by about a week, but we were kept informed all the while and they turned up on the second arranged appointment. Over all very satisfied.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered my door on 28/10/24 and paid my deposit. As of today (19/06/25) I have not received anything. I have been given three different dates for a fitting (each time I have had to chase them for this) and each time no one has turned up. I have been ghosted by Paul who is not responding to messages or emails and good luck to anyone who is trying to phone them, it always goes through to answer phone. I am trying to get my money back and I know it will be an uphill fight. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!
