Unfortunately I had to cancel my order within the 14 days cooling off period. Shropshire Home Improvements have still not returned my £2,360 deposit since 1st June - return my deposit today.

Darren and Craig worked hard all day and were nice guys pleased with service

Darren and Graig are a wonderful team—highly professional, customer-focused, polite, and friendly. They completed the work to an exceptional standard and demonstrated great attention to detail throughout. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering work by Shropshire Home Improvements. Their workmanship and commitment to customer satisfaction are outstanding, and they ensured I was completely satisfied with the finished result.

This is an update to an earlier review.
The boarding is still waiting to be taken away despite assurances it would be done last week(11.05.26 w), also still waiting for the lock to be fixed which is important as you can probaly guess. Email address doesnt work.

Very impressed with this family business. Professional,trustworthy and efficient.The fitters of my front door were perfectionists. Happy, friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommended

Had replacement windows and roof on our conservatory and really pleased with them. Communication could be better but the fitters Dan and Kelly were fantastic, polite, courteous and left no mess at all.

The guys fitting the windows where really good, tidy and helpful. The did a fantastic job. I would use the company again and make sure I had Ian and Ryan did the work.

Martin, Alan and Will did a fabulous job installing our windows and porch. The whole experience with Shropshire Home Improvements was painless and great value for money.

Darren and Craig have recently fitted new fascias, soffits and guttering to my property. I found them to be efficient and hardworking as well as polite and friendly, also very tidy. I am more than pleased with the end result. Highly recommended.

Had work done with Shropshire Home Improvements last week very happy from start to finish, easy to get hold of and very quick to respond.
Would use again and would highly recommend.

The company was helpful from first contact, from sales rep to the two lads (Ian and Ryan) doing the required job was expertly carried out.
Very professional in their work rate and knowledge in the job requirements. Would definitely contact SHI first if other installations were needed.

Very professional team from start to finish. Brought samples of windows that were to be installed ( other companies that quoted didn't). Explained each step and time schedule. (Actually fitted earlier than promised.) Very polite and hard working. Excellent triple glazed product. Very clean and tidy, replacement windows look great. Would have no hesitation in recommending. Fantastic job by Martin and Allan they were professional and worked hard to get our patio doors fitted and concrete porch removed. The job was explained clearly and I was asked to check the work throughout the day. They are highly recommended and in the future I or anyone in our village needed home improvement I would not hesitate to recommend Shropshire home improvements thank you so much Martin and Allan fantastic job and you make a great team !

Extremely efficient installation by Darren in appalling weather conditions

The company is very reliable and professional. We had the fascias and guttering installed. The installer, Darren was very polite and did an excelent job. Considering the weather, which was bitterly cold with snow . It did not deter him. Very happy with the work done

I arranged a quotation in 2024 but chose not to proceed. Unfortunately, this was followed by repeated unsolicited sales calls over the next 18 months.

After explicitly requesting in writing that my contact details be removed, I was contacted again and subjected to further sales pressure, including claims of imminent price increases. This experience has left me with a negative impression of their sales practices.
