Daz worked very hard, was punctual and courteous at all times and completed the work to a high standard

We had a new back door fitted. They were not the cheapest but we were shown samples and chose them because it's a quality door with a great finish and gives excellent security. it was ready quicker than their estimated timescale and the fitters Geoff and Wayne installed it quickly and were very tidy. I have arthritis and found the lock a bit difficult so they came straight back and adjusted it.

Five stars for the work teams replacing Garage Doors 27th September and Carport with Door Canopy 10th/11th October. Advised start time of work updated on the day. Surveys were on the dates and times arranged. Communication with the company was not a problem. Installation queries were handled in a pleasant helpful professional manner.

Father and son team arrived promptly, were exceedingly professional, efficient, informative and very friendly. End product exceeded our expectations

Conservatory roof insulated. Good communication and good product. The fitters Ian and Ryan did a very good job. They were hard working and diligent, and left the area clean and tidy. I would recommend this company.

Had a door and bow window fitted by Geoff & Wayne and they were excellent, they were polite & talked me through what they were doing. Nothing was too much trouble. The window and door looks great too.

We had our very old brown guttering replaced by Shropshire Home Improvements.

The fitter, Daz, was very friendly and checked we were happy with the work at each stage.

He was very efficient and did an excellent job.

Lovely fitters, clean and tidy.
Efficient and professional, and a fabulous end result in the fitting of my new large triple glazed bay window.
And finance was offered through a partner company

Salesman was very pushy. Made me feel very uncomfortable and had to be asked 3 times before he would leave.
Judging from some of the responses from the Company on here I wouldn't trust them with my business.
I invited your salesman into my home to provide a quote for home improvement work—not for a date or personal conversation. I found it inappropriate and unprofessional that he asked about my hobbies, whether I watch soap operas, if I enjoy reading, and my preferences in film genres. It became apparent that these questions were being used as a tactic to prolong his time in my home. I asked him to leave on two separate occasions, and instead of respecting my request, he asked whether he had offended me. I explained that his behaviour was making me feel uncomfortable. It was only after asking a third time that he finally left, laughing as he walked out the door. (Roxo)

Had them round to fit new windows and a porch. Did a fantastic job, looks great and actually done in the time they said. Fitters were really helpful and were even good with our noisy dogs.
Would absolutely use again.

Shropshire Home Improvements are 1st Class with their Sales Men & they sent their Top Class Fitters to my home to install triple glass windows & a magnificent Chart well Green door. I am Very Happy & Satisfied with the completion of all work done.

Daz & Josh renewed my garage roof recently. They were efficient and courteous throughout and kept me informed at every stage. I can't speak too highly of both of them.

Work completed on our property 11 September 2025. Excellent service from start to finish . Fitted 11 windows and 2 doors in a very professional manner. Fitters Dan and Kelly were helpful, professional and perfectionist's when fitting.

We had a space blanket installed in my conservatory roof. I'm extremely pleased with it. The fitters were called Dan and Kelly who were extremely professional.

Old carport dismantled before new one erected. Very happy with result and give full marks to Ian and Ryan who were so polite and friendly and did an amazing job.

From start to finish, they have been easy and lovely to work with! Ian and Ryan were professional but personable and did a great job with installing the new porch!

When we had problems with our installation (sunroom), Dan and Kelly were sent to sort issues. We found them to be professional, efficient, conscientious and tidy workers. Mark, who had visited us originally, was also extremely helpful throughout the process of resolving issues, so much so that we ordered a new exterior door from him on the understanding that Dan and Kelly would be the fitters. The new door was installed by Dan and Kelly and they sorted a long standing problem with the door frame. We’re very pleased with it.

Ryan and his dad. Excelent fitters nothing was to much trouble for them. Treated our home like their own not a speck of dirt when they had finished. However sales and two surveyers got measurements wrong on a bedroom window by 1ft short and when 2nd team fitted it two weeks latert
They were not as clean and tidy and asked for remainder of completion money as soon as they finished. So full five stars goes to ryan and his dad only.
