Extremely efficient installation by Darren in appalling weather conditions

The company is very reliable and professional. We had the fascias and guttering installed. The installer, Darren was very polite and did an excelent job. Considering the weather, which was bitterly cold with snow . It did not deter him. Very happy with the work done

I arranged a quotation in 2024 but chose not to proceed. Unfortunately, this was followed by repeated unsolicited sales calls over the next 18 months.

After explicitly requesting in writing that my contact details be removed, I was contacted again and subjected to further sales pressure, including claims of imminent price increases. This experience has left me with a negative impression of their sales practices.

Daz and Josh worked continuously during cold weather replacing and installing garage flat roof . They were professional,respectful,hardworking and very tidy. Excellent final product with 10 year guarantee.

I had the pressure of this company’s service again. Installed lintels for the lower windows that were very much needed. Having all windows replaced on the house. Fitted by Ian and Ryan who are truly the the best at what they do. Worked so fast and the installation was so clean and they even vacuumed up after. Bless ‘em. The windows are triple glazed and can notice a huge difference in noise levels from outside. Absolutely no draft saving so much on heating now. Highly recommend Shropshire home improvements for any work needed.

Exceptional Quality and Service from Shropshire Home Improvements

We recently had all our windows replaced by Shropshire Home Improvements, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. The quality of the new windows is superb.

The installation team, Martin and Will, truly made the experience outstanding. They did an exceptional job and their customer service was top-notch. When we mentioned a pre-existing faulty handle on an old window, they didn't hesitate—they enthusiastically and promptly replaced it for us. They even went further by spotting and correcting our misaligned front door handle without being asked!

This positive, can-do attitude and commitment to ensuring everything was perfect made all the difference. Great job all round – I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I was impressed with the fitters who carried out my flat roof renovation. The overall finish of the upgrade is impressive and I hope will last many years to come.

Salesman was very good, not pushy at all. When I phoned office a couple of times gentleman/men I spoke to didn't seem to know what was going on - had to keep repeating who the Conservatory insulation was for, address etc. Didn't give me much confidence. I was informed that the fitters would arrive 9.30 -10am but had call from my mum saying they were sat on her drive about 7.45am! Apparently they told the office and asked them to let us know - I received no phone call. Also my Mum has had 2 phone calls - one on the day it was started and one the day after. Mum doesn't do online banking nor able to get to bank by herself therefore it is left to me - they were asked to contact myself but both times phoned Mum and she has been worrying. Work wasn't finished until the next day anyway so not sure why we had 1st call! Finished the next day and the following day I sent bank transfer.
What turned it around was the fitters. Ian and Ryan you were great. You didn't stop and just ploughed straight on and only the fading light stopped you from finishing on the same day. But arrived next morning and finished it. They were both polite and extremely good with my elderly mother whose conservatory it was. The work is excellent. They left everywhere clean and tidy.

The work is solid and so well made and fitted. No longer feel a draft in the hallway and also reduced noise from outside. Worked efficiently and even cleaned up nicely at the end. Highly recommend this company for improvements and I will be using their services again in the future. Thank you.

We had a new back door fitted. They were not the cheapest but we were shown samples and chose them because it's a quality door with a great finish and gives excellent security. it was ready quicker than their estimated timescale and the fitters Geoff and Wayne installed it quickly and were very tidy. I have arthritis and found the lock a bit difficult so they came straight back and adjusted it.
