Ordered items that were listed as in stock, but they didn't ship until 3 weeks later and emailing support to inquire in the mean time did not get a response in a timely manner.

When the products eventually arrived they were fine, but overall I wouldn't use this company again.

Ordered trainers 2 weeks ago, with a promised delivery of 3-5 days. The money was taken immediately from my credit card but there is still no sign of the order being dispatched.
Edit : Now over a month. No delivery and Knixmax don't reply to my emails.

I am still awaiting delivery and have not received any response from my e mails requesting an update!

Hello, the product is good, it arrived on time, everything is great.

Never dispatched item. Over a week went past and nothing sent. Only contact was emails asking how we did. Never replied to my emails asking about item. I contacted paypal and they are sorting a refund.

Eventually got waterproof boots. Not the ones I originally ordered....but they eventually told me after many emails that they were no longer in stock...so I settled on another product Largered which were a replacement. They are marketed as waterproof. They are certainly not. Very disappointed 😞

Used the online site to order 2 pairs of trainers. Both showed as in-stock. Completed the check out which accepted the order and charged my card.

Next day I received a mail to advise items were not in stock and asking if I wanted a refund, it did not mention if stock was on order or why the order was accepted.

I replied that I did want a refund. A chaser mail had to ne sent and then i got the refund.

My disappointment is that the order was accepted, as I'd expect that once item is in the basket it is reserved for at least the time taken to check out. Clearly stock management is not as it could be.

Very quick, clear and efficient

Unfortunately the walking boots I ordered are far too narrow even with the alternative insoles designed to allow for a wider fit. The package does not contain any returns note nor is there the option to initiate a return online. So now I’m awaiting a response by email from Customer Service and hope that a refund will be processed in a timely manner.

Ordering was straightforward and delivery as stated, well done.

Quite worried after seeing some bad reviews. Loved these boots so much so ordered them anyway. Thankfully everything went well. Shipping was fast and the shoes are very warm. My worries were unwarranted.

The item was just as stated, and thrilled with Knixmax's service--It's certainly the best I've ever had.

The boots are very nice and comfortable, they arrived within a few days and well packaged. If you want to buy something here, go for it. You won't be disappointed.

Quality of product - 1 star - two boots, both different sizes although size 44 on bottom
Returns - 1 star a nightmare - nothing on website is correct
Communications - 1 star - takes forever then says they were in hospital
Offered me a 50% refund - then offered me an 80% refund which I took but wish Id held out for the full 100% but they just wore me down
