Happy with my purchase but sizes are a little tighter than they shouls be for size 8. But nice quality

Unfortunately my order has been lost and there are no other trainers my size available other than a hiking boot which I can't accept as I need a running trainer.

Waiting for response regarding a refund.

Not the company's fault but still disappointed

Was advised i would be kept informed by e-mail as to delivery status. This proved not to be the case, so was pleasantly surprised when the goods arrived. Excellent packaging. Very well protected internally. Liked the look of the boots. Fitted well and comfortable to wear.

Unfortunately I'm another who hasn't had their item sent, nor any replies to requests for an update via email (no phone number is offered). I'm still hopeful but totally ignoring emails doesn't suggest a customer focused business.
Update.. co did reply and replaced. I've reordered since and no problems

I've not received my order yet. Please refund my money if you can't supply what i ask for. Regards John Lawrence

Fast deivery best boots oli have ever had at great price

Ordered was placed on 12.12.22 paid for but boots never arrived. Have contacted Knixmax by email, same outcome, no reply. Would not recommend, very disappointing and total scam.

As I laced up my new boots the eye hook broke. So poor quality product. I was offered half of the purchase price as a refund which is terrible. I had to pay to have the boots returned by recorded delivery. When they received my boots my purchase price was refunded in full however it cost me just over £8 to return a shoddy product

I ordered winter boots for my husband and they were too small. I contacted Knixmax and opted for their 50% off next purchase and no return. This was expedited immediately, I ordered a larger size which were delivered within 2 days 😁

Purchased boots then returned sent proof of postage to company through email one respone which didn't resolve no money returned and had no more emails so wouldn't recommend

Advertised size in stock but after placing order I was advised that the size wasn't available. Quickly refunded.

Quick and easy to order and great customer service communication

The boots I ordered seem fine so far, but I was a bit concerned that there was a label attached to the boots themselves asking for reviews on amazon. I did not purchase the boots via amazon, nor do I wish to deal with them as a company. I emailed knixmax about this and they were not able to provide me with a reasonable explanation, and denied any affiliation with amazon which simply doesn't make sense, therefor I can only assume It isn't true. I've seen another review also saying they didn't order from amazon but had similar experience.

Great quality boots, with a very quick delivery.
I ordered a size bigger than my shoe size and still find them a touch on the tight side.

Happy with product and service. All good.

Some issue with order getting lost so I had to email to fi d out.
However, I received an immediate response and another order was issued forthwith. Excellent customer care. Fabulous product too.

Love the shoes. Extremely comfortable. I only wish they still made the model I loved, but the new models seem just as good

Ordered and a week later they told me they did not have my size in their warehouse. Refunded but not impressed.
