What is happening with this company I’m another person made an order it was acknowledged but then nothing no reply to email etc

I ordered 4 ladies size 6 (39) and received one men’s size 40 . I have emailed customer services and not had a reply.

The company obviously had some issues recently but these seem to have been resolved and I am very pleased with the items delivered.

After 23 days of having the order confirmed, there has been no follow up on the status of my order. I don't even know if it's been shipped at all. And there seems to not be a way to contact support, the emails don't go through. Hard to say if I will ever receive it or if I can contact anyone to get a refund.

Never received items. Luckily was able to get a refund through PayPal. No email response from company.

While I love your shoes, I haven't received them as yet. Have they shipped yet? IF so, please provide a tracking number.

I have never received my order. No word of shipping but I have been charged for yhe sandals.
I have emailed twice and received reply in Chinese which I cannot read

I have not received my order and no correspondence from them regarding delivery only two messages lookinng for a review. I have had closed toe sandals by this make before but through Amazon this time I ordered directly from them on 2nd July it is now the 23rd July. I have now taken a case out with PayPal. Very disappointing as really liked their sandals.

I eventually received my item in September, 2 months after placing the order. I received no communication from anyone until I'd received the item. Thankfully the item did arrive, but 2 months is still not a good look without any comms at all. Updated to 3 stars as the item did arrive, just much later than expected.

I placed an order on 2nd July. It's now the 17th July and I've had no update. I've tried to get hold of anyone through various means (website online chat, Facebook, twitter and email & phone) and have had no (human) response to any of my queries. I've given up hope of receiving my item and will open a case with PayPal shortly. Disappointing as I've had an excellent pair of trainers from them previously so didn't think I'd have any issues this time around.

I’ve yet to receive my order despite numerous emails to them and getting no replies. According to the tracking it hasn’t even been sent. I ordered on 24th June so should have been here by now. This review is dated 8th July.

My order never arrived and I tried to get in touch multiple times via all contact platforms and no one got back to me. I had to chase a refund through PayPal in the end.

Item hasn't even been despatched. All communications just ignored, beginning to think the business has closed.

I haven't recieved the order yet. That would be a good start. Ordered on 4th June. It's now the 18th.

Placed the order. Paid the money but 14 days later no delivery, or response to my chase email. I'll give it two more days before I contact the bank to reverse the payment. Constructive proposal? Deliver the order.

Very comfortable boots. Waterproof as stated. I got soaked but my feet were dry!

Although my money has been taken, I have not received the goods (sandals). I did receive an email explaining how you were waiting on your supplier, but it is now getting a bit silly.

Great ordering and delivery process. It was frustrating that the website was down immediately after placing my order and for a few days afterwards so I was a little worried about my order, but it arrived fine and in good time.
