My mop started leaking so I looked online for a replacement mop bottle. I couldn’t find any spares on the website so I sent an email to Koh. They responded quickly with a link to a replacement mop bottle, which I purchased and it was delivered within 3 days.

I am very pleased with my new grout brush it works very well on the grooves for my outside doors which can collect dust and fluff. The Universal cleaner works really well always and so I am a satisfied customer!

Products delivered on time. The mop was a replacement for the Koh mop I bought during lockdown, so it has been well used! I decided to try out the loo blades as they’re environmentally friendly compared with the loo brushes I have used in the past. I like that Koh give back some of their profit to the planet 😉

I asked for a replacement silicone cap for my mop - got a lovely email back saying they will send a replacement ( 3) and also shared they are working on a new design for the mop ( as these have split on a number of occasions) I was quite happy. 2 weeks later I had not received anything - sent another email on weekend asking if they had been sent and have not yet had a response.
A shame as I like all the other products and previous customer service has been great. A disappointed customer.

Does the job OK . But delivery is another story .I had to pay for it and regardless it was sent with whistle and then passed to Yodel . 4 days and still no delivery .

I am getting a bit tired of this and will be looking for alternative as cant have this sort od issues every time .

First time user as my Cousin recommended it. When it arrived the Liquid Pouches had both burst. I actually sat the Box on my Sofa not realising that they were burst. Toilet Tablets were ruined too. Spent a night hoping that my New Carpet and Sofa wouldn't be stained - it wasn't. Contacted KOH with photographic evidence of the Damage. Within days I had replacements 👍. Tried the Mop, not totally impressed, tried the Liquid Diluted and Neat on a Blood Stain. Still there. This was the whole purpose of buying the product as my Husband is Disabled and tends to bite the inside of his Mouth during the Night. Is there something that I am missing to get the Staines out?? Any advice would be appreciated.

First order with koh went smoothly and I found the Universal Spray Cleaner was excellent. So I placed another order to try a broader range of products. Order value was over $122 AUD.

This parcel was initially delayed with Aust Post reporting that it was wrongly addressed. Sent an online enquiry to Koh, no response. Followed up by email, no response. It's now four business days since then.

Phoned Aust Post and they then report that parcel is damaged and being returned to sender. Have sent Koh another email requesting a refund.

Koh has my money. I don't have the product, or any response from them to offer resolution. Will be buying something else instead.

Looking at other reviews here, it appears that many are getting lost. Perhaps there's a need to consider how the products are packaged for shipping?

I still have not received my delivery. Courier company Yodel have lost the parcel. Not the first time they’ve lost a parcel! Terrible courier company to use. Won’t be buying product again knowing this

I’ve been a regular user of Koh for a few years now and use it for everything. I have blue, green and white cloths, diamond sponges and several atomiser bottles. Personally, as it works so well, I don’t see the need for anything else although their range now includes many other cleaning products. The reason for the low stars is because the mop at almost £50 is totally useless. It leaks - badly. I’ve checked the bottle there are no cracks but the liquid just pours out both in use and when it’s stationery. It’s now in the bin.

Ordered some scourers to replace the ones I have had for a while, they are brilliant. Quick delivery as well.

I used Koh a few years ago and then after having a new kitchen fitted decided to give it another try. I forgot how good it was and now use it for everything

I LOVE Koh and have happily used it for years. My problem is that the courier they use, Yodel, are USELESS. They constantly leave orders for me, from various companies, at the wrong address, including a Nespesso coffee delivery which was never received I have CCTV so I know they never even try to deliver. This time the driver called me (from the wrong address) and I directed and met him at my home. He then insisted on passing me a parcel that was not mine. Different Company, different name and different address! I had to get him to open the back of his van so I could point out my order.

Order arrived safely ; very happy with the product. Works so well on my timber floor

Absolutely awesome, the multi use liquid is so good for many situations. A must to keep in the kitchen cupboard. Highly recommended, and the 4 ltr box will last ages. Thanks
