I’m extremely disappointed with Kollecktiv’s customer service. My sister-in-law purchased one of their massage chairs through Amazon (Order #113-6253451-4853838) and it stopped working properly—while still under the 3-year warranty (after 18 months). The chair turns on but does not massage at all.

No one responds to the many emails/calls. No callbacks. No help. This kind of silence is unacceptable, especially for a product in this price range that advertises warranty protection. It feels like the company is just ghosting customers after the sale.

The buyer is a single mother who invested in this chair for her health and well-being. The lack of accountability and support is incredibly frustrating.

Excellent massage chair with excellent company that provides great service! I am a dentist and have severe back pain, and this Massage Chair has helped me feel more comfortable and has helped with the back pain greatly! Will definitely be recommending the company to my friends and family!

I bought the $4000 4d-5d chair and when it was delivered the audio was faulty. One speaker was cracking and popping and then just stopped working so audio on one side only and its not good quality speakers. They said im too far away to send a technician out so if I can find one... Im in Tyler tx, dallas is closest. I told them. They have the worst customer service and paypal did nothing to help me but deny my claim! After 8 mo off being lied to and put off paypal said becauser I have had the chair for months it has been changed. . . total BS. I was disgusted and now 2 days ago and its been 14mo now and the bottom foot module broke and hangs down!! This has been the worst experience and screw over by this stupid company and even paypal. I have no confidence in anything that cost over $1000 after this. Im so pissed and I have back issues I needed the chair for and now its falling apart with no help from the company or paypal. Stuck with it so DONT SUPPORT OR BUY FROM KOLLECTIV. TOTAL NIGHTMARE AND RIPOFF.

I bought the flagship model 301 during Black Friday, which saved me a lot. The features and quality easily rival massage chairs priced between $6,000 and $10,000.

I bought this chair in early May expecting a delivery in mid May. I was told before I purchased it they could deliver my chair up to a second floor bedroom with no additional charge. After waiting on delivery day for my chair to arrive all afternoon , I called the delivery company to find out where my chair was and they had my street address correct but the city and state were totally wrong. I live in Florida and they were trying to deliver it to Texas. It took them weeks to work this issue out with the company blaming me for talking to the shipping company. Then it turns out they won't deliver my chair even inside my house and Kollectiv wants me to arrange delivery people. They had me agree on a price ahead of time and it cost me more in the end and wouldn't pay anything more. This company is terrible!!!

I've been using my new massage chair for a few days now. It absolutely met all my needs. Easily adjust the intensity to the right pressure. The heat function can loosen up tight well. The built-in speakers are good enough for some relaxing tunes during a massage.

My parents are in love with the massage chair we got them for their anniversary. It's easy to use, even for them, and they say it's like going to the spa every day.

For those with slimmer frames, this chair is a fantastic choice. I previously owned a wider chair from Kollecktiv, but I find that the slimmer design of this chair fits my body more comfortably. The quality is excellent, landing somewhere between entry-level and top-of-the-line. It's a perfect first chair with advanced features such as 3D massage, body scanning, and the SL track – particularly well-suited for taller individuals with slimmer frames.

the primary distinction in the massage experience lies in your shoulder width. If you have broad shoulders, the chair works its magic there. But for folks with more petite shoulders like mine, there's not much action in that area. The only hiccup we encountered was during the assembly process. Let me tell you, it's definitely not a one-person job! Those armrests gave us a real challenge. Even with the assistance of a YouTube video, it remained a bit tricky. I have to agree with others – the assembly instructions included with the chair aren't of much help. My strong recommendation? Head to YouTube for a smoother experience.

The customer service is truly outstanding. After about a month of use, my machine started making some clunking sounds, but the good folks from customer service quickly arranged for a repairman to come out and take a look. As for the chair itself, it's an absolute dream!

It's like having a personal masseuse right at home! Assembling it was a breeze thanks to clear instructions on YouTube. The only real challenge was moving the main part since it's quite heavy. Just a tip, measure the doors it needs to pass through to ensure you have enough clearance before attempting to move it. You'll definitely want at least two people to handle the main part. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this purchase, and I wholeheartedly recommend the Kollecktiv.

We contemplated getting a chair for quite some time, and I must say, this turned out to be a wonderful investment. Coming home to this chair every day and being able to relax in it is truly a blessing.

I opted for the Taupe color, and it adds a nice touch to the room decor. However, I encountered some challenges during assembly. It was particularly difficult to install the left armrest, taking over an hour due to the alignment of screws. Kollecktiv should consider improving the arm mounting process for easier alignment.
