This is a reputable casino but with odd policies that make play unpleasant. I have never had any concerns with withdrawals or deposits, so I trust my money is safe. But their deposit matching - don't bother with this. They cap your winnings at the amount deposited, so even if you are lucky with your bonus funds, once you've spent hours turning it over 60x, you can only withdrawal $200 of it... Truly a waste of time. Additionally, they have a 3 day holding period of any withdrawals, which is very unlike other casinos. I see no real business or regulatory requirement for this holding period that is not trying to convince players to reverse withdrawals and lose their winnings. I'd play elsewhere.

If there is an option, I would give no star. I deposited £200 on 9 feb, 2024. I got a big win of £9000. They then frozen my account & not allow me to play nor withdraw. No live chat no one reply my message. It emailed them my documents, it showed everything is now verified but my account is still blocked. I don’t know how I can get a reply to withdraw my winning. Absolutely disgusting. I wish I saw the review before I joined this site.

Please don’t use this site they are a SCAM. I won £640 and they closed my account saying I didn’t send the right I’d when I did numberous of times. You can’t call them if u have a problem no live chat. This is the WORST SITE I HAVE EVER BEEN ON. IM DEPRESSED THAT I WON ALL THAT MONEY AND THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT …u can deposit no problem but then u win and they close your account and ignore your emails PLEASE AVOID

Having nothing but trouble with withdrawal.Wouldnt accept my proof of address so i emailed.Had emails back saying i need different proof of address yet when i try the choose file button wont work.I was told via email i could send it to them so see what happens.Ive never had this with other sights

Setting up and deposits are really easy the fun starts if you do actually win I had to supply less documents for my mortgage than this company wants for a withdrawal, Even when you have taken your 40 photos of different documents and hopped on one leg for an hour you still won’t receive your winnings and good luck trying to get a reply. I thought id add a review to clarify as i was worried after reading the reviews. I deposited and won some money and had to verify my identity to withdraw. The only issue i had was my ID. It kept saying picture was bad quality/ glare on photo/ lighting bad. It took about 10 mins of trying beforr it was accepted. Other documents were verified in a day and my withdrawel hit my bank this morning. I dont like the £2.50 withdrawal fee however i had no issues getting my money.

Well deposited £50 and they restricted my account immediately I sent in all the relevant information and still nothing, sent numerous emails and not had 1 response from them I tried to withdraw my funds and said I can’t as I hadn’t met the wagering requirements even though it says if I want to withdraw the bonus money is took away and set to £0, they then disabled withdrawals and said to look in my emails for a ‘email’ from customercarejumpmangaming.com, well I haven’t received a thing and I guess my money has gone! Well to see the reviews I was worried, yes they let you deposit without verification, as does the majority of others but I have to say verification went smoothly and once verified withdrawal was immediate. For all the reviews saying they rejected the documents provided, and the money ended up getting put back into their playing account and they spent it, well that’s on you. Send the correct documents and it’s hassle free. Well done kong casino - you have my vote!

If I could give no stars I would, this casino and JUMPMAN gaming are an absolute disgrace to the industry, depositing is no problem at all, but if you win anything and try to withdraw, forget about it I tried £300 then got frustrated and started playing again and won £1500’ tried to withdraw but they stall on verification scamming cheating organisation they are, and I’ve obviously lost the f ing lot.
