Refusing to let me withdraw and after 16 days and countless emails, no response.

After reading all of the terrible reviews I'm seriously worried about not receiving my money back! I deposited £500 and realised that they gave me a £200 bonus which I didn't ask for or want! So I didn't even play I just simply wanted to withdraw my money but didn't give me an option to do so. Absolutely discussed that this company is even allowed to trade! I want someone to reply to me ASAP! as there isn't even anyway of getting in touch.. NO LIVE CHAT OR EMAIL its all fake!!! I'm now taking this further. Absolutely terrible awful site. Do not use.

Won't let me withdraw dodgy site keeps asking for loads off ID I've already sent over my passport even bank details now they want card sort code account number also bank statements etc who wants to send out all that information funny they never asked for nothing when I deposited SCAM I will be contacting the gambling commission if this isn't resolved how they like to ROB THE PEOPLE

Do not use this company. They take your money without any checks then when you want to withdraw they make it very difficult. Even after sending multiple documents and making an initial withdrawal they then say your withdrawal is not possible and do not respond to emails. Avoid!!

Don't waste your time and money...they want proof of everything, what about when you deposit money ? Don't need proof that there where my money? I will complain to Trading Standards , HMRC and Ombudsman ....your app and website .

Absolutely disgusting. I am not someone who moans about not winning thats what happens when u gamble. But listens to this.

I opened a new account after verification issues. Once my account was opened I deposited over 600 pound, when I did win I then tried to withdraw funds. I was restricted because they needed me to verify a card on my account, which is acceptable.

I verified my address, my id, my card I was depositing with. Then to find that there was a card on my account which I had not added.

This card was not mine. I had not added it. The card was not in my name. All other verification was accepted including the card I was depositing with.

Then when I go to withdraw a random card that I have no idea about was added to my account. A card which I could not verify because it wasn't mine so I couldn't withdraw.

I emailed and asked why this card was on the account. No response. I emailed the complaints department, no response. Then the money was back in my account obviously because they wanted me to lose it. Which I went on and thought if I'm not getting it bugger it I will play with it. And low and behold, lost it. I'm expecting and email tomorrow with some resolution now the money and gone, I will update if that comes.

Obviously I am reporting to the gambling commission and who ever else I can. I play a few sites and this is by far the most disgraceful site I have ever signed up to. The wins aren't the issue but attempting to withdraw is physically impossible.

I spent a week trying to sort it with them and they do not respond until you want to close your account. STAY AWAY IS THE BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE ANYONE WANTING TO PLAY THIS SITE!!!!

Kong Casino let me make multiple deposits within a very short amount of hours/time frame totaling thousands of pounds,they should of spotted this and questioned why I was making so many deposits they should of seen somthing was not right but did not do so. I was a vulnerable person with brain damage injuries.

I emailed my thoughts and complaints to them but they just responded by suggesting I seek advice from the samantha's and gambling addiction websites. They also stated that due to the nature of my complaint I would now also be excluded from KongCasino and all other games on the Jumpman Gaming Networks, Considering I made large deposits on there own site and others on the Jumpman Gaming Network I was due back X amount in cash back bonus offers that does not have to be wagered or played and as you can imagine would of been a decent sum due to the thousands of pounds I deposited already so I not only lose my original deposits but also my cash back offers all because I made a complaint to them.

I'm still waiting on a further response from them after sending in another email. I will keep this review updated.

Had a big win in the beginning (1k) but since that haven't had another one or even one big enough to be worth withdrawing (no wins over £50 or even being able to build small wins to that) and have been playing on and off for 6+ months
