All aspects of the process were professionally and seamlessly dealt with by the team at Konk and we are delighted with the aesthetics and quality of the bespoke signature table we ordered in American Walnut. The style is modern yet timeless and the table extensions are really cleverly designed and easy to connect. We’ve been looking for years for a table of the right size, style and versatility for our compact dining area and this table certainly fits the bill.

From initial enquiry through to delivery today ( earlier than expected from lead time given 👍) it’s been a great experience.
Ordered a waney edge coffee table, a little Zonky side table & a sideboard all in character oak & all made to measure to fit our awkward stone farmhouse floors & walls!
Ordering was dead easy & I found it simple to ask for alternatives & alterations- nothing was too much trouble. It’s quite expensive but it’s worth it & is good value for money.
The furniture is beautiful with a lovely finish & we couldn’t be more pleased with it.

We purchased two made to measure pieces, a media stand and a small cupboard. The service throughout was outstanding and the quality of the items excellent. A special mention for the designer Jasmine, who guided us to a much better outcome than our original intention. She could not have been more responsive, queries emailed in the evening replied to by 8am next morning and really helpful input as the plans developed. The lead time was as stated initially and we are delighted with the finished products. Highly recommended and a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent design & service

Konk is a great company with very nice designs for their furniture, they provide excellent service and are always happy to help if you have any questions. We wanted a table with bespoke dimensions and they were happy to make it.

I had an amazing experience with Konk Furniture. I ordered a custom built bookcase with integrated TV stand and engaged with Jasmine in the design team, who worked tirelessly to adapt the drawing to my continuous design change requests! The order was delivered in under 4 weeks and looks of very high quality.

I ordered an American Walnut Wynn Modular Storage Unit.
This is an expensive unit now costing over £4.5k.
Unfortunately the sections in my unit did not fit together well enough and I was able to see daylight between the joints in one section.
Konk were initially responsive and sent someone to my home to address my concerns. Although the work done did make the unit look better I was still disappointed at the final result.
I was told that the picture on the website was what I should have expected but the gap on my unit was certainly much wider than the one shown on the Konk website.
I do not believe that this item is worth over £4500.00 - although I appreciate it is hand made I do not think the workmanship is good enough for the price paid.

We just received our beautiful table and it's even better than we'd hoped. The team was endlessly patient and helped us customise the measurements for our space and needs. Would highly recommend for their very special, high quality pieces that will last a lifetime.

This was an amazing journey from start to finish ordering my dream table. I wasn’t pressured into anything and the service provided was second to none. So excited to receive our beautiful Konk table. It can be daunting buying a key piece of furniture like a table online without seeing it in the flesh but the team at Konk made the process easy and the quality, finish and design of the finished piece surpassed our expectations.

I have just received my signature table - exactly to the schedule laid out by Konk. It is absolutely perfect in size and the wood is beautiful; it exceeded even my hopes. It will be something to treasure for many years.

Really pleased with our Oak industrial table and slim industrial chairs. The table top is beautiful thick and solid.
The chairs compliment the table perfectly.
We went for the matt black steel finish on the table and chairs, with the English oak for the wood.
Time frame 11/13 weeks was clearly stated upon placing order. Well worth the wait to have beautiful furniture made to order.
Ordering very straight forward. The team are excellent at communicating with you. We had a few queries re finish etc all answered quickly.
The delivery team were very efficient and arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus.
Highly recommend Konk furniture. We will be using them again for further orders.

Lovely company to deal with. Ordering process very easy, with plenty of information.
Desk itself is just what I wanted as identical to the website.
Delivery guys were exceptional, very accommodating given I gave them a bit of a challenge re final location.

Superb furniture. The team was very prompt in replying to our multiple queries and design modifications. Delivery was also very smooth. Everything was clearly explained from the beginning.
My only complaint would be the long lead time (12-13 weeks from payment!) but that was also advertised from the start so we knew what to expect. They are clearly very much in demand.
Can't comment on durability obviously but the whole ordering experience has been excellent and the goods are as expected.

Great Service and excellent quality product. The team has been extremely helpful when discussing the design, providing drawings and suggesting options as well as answering all my questions. They have been very accommodating and helped me get my table before Christmas even though I missed the order date cut off.
The table itself is of great quality and looks amazing. The delivery team arrived on time and assembled the table quickly and professionally,
