Absolutely great quality. We purchased the Light Solid Oak Scandinavian Dining Set, and we are so glad we did. As I've already said, excellent quality - we will be keeping it for a very long time!

We opted for the 4 seater table as we were down sizing from a larger table. Assembly was really easy, and is very sturdy.
Delivery day was as stated and the delivery service was very good.

The delivery organization, on-time delivery, and process management were extremely meticulous. The product quality is also excellent. I'm sure we will enjoy using it.

Beautiful table with matching benches and two chairs. Easy to order and although there was a slight hiccup with delivery, all was sorted with good grace due to the excellent customer service of G&F and the delivery company.

Ordered 4 x Dark Solid Oak Scandinavian Dining Chairs with Oatmeal Linen and the delivery process was great, I was able to amend the delivery date over the phone and got regular updates by text. I decided not to use the whatsapp service as there was a slight delay in response so easier over the phone. The chairs were delivered and fairly easy to assemble. The stickers to protect the bottom of the legs fell off within in a few days and we only used the chairs once, I assume the adhesive is not strong enough. When I sat on one of the chairs in the second week of using them, one of the legs snapped off and was unusable. I contacted the customer service team on the phone who asked me to email them a photo of the faulty part. I was reassured that the 10 year warranty covers me on any structural issues such as this. Jim Hammond in the customer service team is fantastic, he is responsive, efficient and sent out the replacement part within a week, I could not fault this service but I just hope we don't have to keep replacing parts.

Absolutely love the table and six chairs we bought . The quality is superb and an excellent price for solid oak . Everything came on time and extremely well packaged . My husband assembled the table easily and the chairs although a bit more tricky came together quickly enough . Would highly recommend

Really good quality dining table made with real wood. Solid construction, good instructions, looks great! It was certainly the most expensive dining table we looked at (compared to others we were considering) and were nervous about ordering it without seeing in person but the samples really helped and the quality more than made up for it.
