Table just what we wanted after a long time searching.
Delivery efficient and table package really well.

Very very pleased with our table - looks fantastic, excellent quality, cleverly designed so easy to assemble. We bought extra stools for when we extend and they are doubling up as very nice looking side tables. Ordering and delivery quick and easy, and the delivery company were great - fantastic comms when they were running late, efficient and pleasant. Would highly recommend.

I've been searching for a few weeks for just the right table. After thinking 'that' table wasn't out there. I was so pleased to find Grain and Frame. Now, l am loving my new table and looking forward to utilizing it fully over the festive season. The whole experience particularly the product and customer service has been great.

We chose a light oak scandi dining table and chairs from pictures on the internet. However, we wanted to see what they looked like ‘in the flesh’, so arranged to go over to Grain and Frame’s warehouse in Oldbury. They were really helpful, bringing out different table tops and chair styles for us to look at.
When the table and chairs arrived we were impressed by how carefully they had been packed. The table was very easy to assemble (10 minutes max).
It looks great and we are really pleased with it and with the service we got from Grain and Frame.

We’ve had our fabulous Grain & Frame table for a few months. We were having a big family early Christmas lunch and found we needed an extension leaf and a couple of stools. I placed the order on Wednesday with Jim and they arrived on Friday. What an amazing service. We had a great family lunch sitting around our extended table. And it is so easy to extend too.

We love our new grain and frame table and chairs set — it is absolutely beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier. The delivery process was incredibly smooth, with plenty of updates to keep us in the loop every step of the way. We’re already looking forward to many dinners and celebrations around our new table. What a gem of a company Grain and Frame are. Having stumbled across them online, I ordered a sample wood pack and then decided to order table, chairs and a bench from them. The quality of the product is fantastic and it’s excellent value for money in my view. Couldn’t be more pleased with it. Customer service has also been great.

We have now had our new oak Scandinavian dining chairs for several weeks. They are very comfortable and well made. They are superior to our Ercol dining chairs of similar design bought a few years ago.
As they are self assembly there are visible holes in the chair frame to allow screws to attach the chair back. An improvement would be oak round plugs to plug these holes.

After a long search, we’re really please with our extendable Scandinavian oak table and chairs. It doubles as an everyday cosy four-seater breakfast table, and also it’s light enough to move into a dining extension for our larger family occasions. The chairs , table and bench in light oak arrived after a 2 month wait.

The communication with the company was easy, prompt and helpful. The furniture is of excellent quality and even though we were concerned about assembling the table and six chairs ourselves the instructions were very straightforward and easy to follow. It was delivered on time and was very well packaged. We would certainly recommend the company to anyone.

Bought my table earlier this year and one of the legs ended up falling off and unable to reattach. I sent some pictures to customer support and Jim got back to me quickly. He sent out four new reinforced legs with no fuss and they’re miles better than the originals. They went on a treat and the table looks great and feels super sturdy now. Thanks again!

It is the first time I have used Grain and Frame and from my first interaction with them they have been really professional. I asked for samples of the wood and they arrived the next day. On ordering my chairs and being given a date and approximate time for their arrival when to plan without a hitch.
