Very happy. The quality of the furniture is great. We did have a couple of minor flaws but the customer service and replacement was quick and easy. Would recommend highly!

Our new table is beautiful, well-made and just what we wanted. The chairs are very comfortable and we are pleased with the look and quality of both. Grain and frame had a good delivery time and communication about delivery was also excellent.

We purchased our Grain and Frame table about a year ago and have really loved it. It seems well constructed and we were delighted with getting something solid oak in this price range.
We lost some of our extension screws and when we reached out to the Grain and Frame team to arrange to pay for some new parts they kindly sent us some replacements out free of charge. We've really appreciated the follow on care and will be purchasing more from G&F in the future I'm sure

We purchased a table and chairs from Grain and Frame, and have been really happy with the quality and appearance of everything. The wood has a lovely grain and has been smoothed to perfection. The delivery experience has been good too but was certainly NOT delivered in 48 hours as advertised! Only issue is that we are somewhat disappointed as we rushed to make this expensive purchase as we believed we were getting a good deal in the time limited sale. However since making the purchase we have realised that this business seems to just have recurring sales (black Friday sale, winter sale, January sale…) and this feels somewhat disingenuous.

The ordering process was easy and the customer service was excellent. We made several queries over a few calls and each time we spoke with Sam,Scott or Jim they were pleasant, informative and very helpful.
The table arrived quickly and in very robust packaging. The video to show how to attach the table legs was also very useful.
Ordering an item online was not something we were comfortable with hence the regular phone calls to Grain&Frame. As we couldn’t find what we wanted in the stores we decided to take the plunge and the customer reviews we read gave us the confidence to give it a go.
We are so pleased that we did as we now have a fabulous table that we love. In fact it’s so good that my husband has decided that he will no longer use it as his ‘office’ table because it’s too beautiful to cover in paperwork! Result!!
We would wholeheartedly recommend Grain&Frame due to our very positive experience. Thank you!

It is absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship, design and quality is exceptional and has exceeded our expectations. We have placed the table as an extension to our kitchen Island and it truly looks like it has been bespokely made to work with the kitchen.
Everything was packaged to a very high standard.

We ordered 4 chairs from this company and are very happy with them.

Customer service was also excellent and, having chatted to someone on their team, it was nice to hear how passionate they are about making beautiful things.

After extensive searches in nearby furniture stores for a dining table, I almost gave up. I decided to search online which I never do ( yes I am a dinosaur) for that table I could see in my head. I found it with Grain and Frame. They didn’t disappoint me. The website was so easy to follow. My table was delivered by a wonderful team who kept me in touch with their timings for the drop off and was so careful bringing it into the house. My table was just perfect. Solid wood, smooth, sleek, good looking, elegant, well made, well designed. It was the perfect look for my new kitchen. I am still smiling.

The 4 seater table, chairs and bench are superb quality and look great - they have received lots of compliments. The Customer Service is excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Grain& Frame.

The finish is beautiful. And a reassuring solid, quality feel - you’ll need two to flip even the 4 seater table once you’ve attached the legs.

Packaging was incredibly well thought out to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery was three hours earlier than allocated slot - helpful phonecall 30 mins ahead gave us warning of this. Delivered to first floor.

A quality product at a v reasonable price.
Extremely well packaged which integrated with a straight forward assembly. I liked the colour (light)that I chose but noticed there were darker one catering to personal preference. Delivery went without a hitch.

This company has been fantastic to deal with. Great quality furniture, delivery and returns organised efficiently with prompt communication. I would not hesitate to deal with them again or to recommend.

It’s hit and miss to buy a wooden product over the Internet, as it’s pretty difficult to really see the the grain and the colour. What I loved with these guys is that they sent me 3 wood samples, which gave me loads of confidence in selecting and buying the product. We are really delighted with it, great value for money and looks so good that we didn’t even put a cloth down for our Xmas dinner! If I had one niggle, it would be that the extenders are not integral to the table (which I hadn’t really thought about), so you do need somewhere to store them. But if that’s not a problem for you, then I definitely recommend.

Love the quality of the table & chairs, the customer service was also very good & nothing was too much trouble. I only didn't rate you 5 stars because building the chairs was a nightmare! I hadn't realised they weren't already assembled, or i would have purchased the other ones. There not something you can easily do alone. Would recommend to friends and family & i would definitely purchase again.
