I have been ordering cakes from Kool Cake for past 30 years for every occasions. My son won’t eat cake from any other cake shop the only Kool Cake shop. The cake was so delicious. The service from by Shabnum and the other staff were amazing. My cake was done exactly the way I wanted. Very good and I truly appreciate their work in detail.

Completely stale cake. Sponge was hard dry and clearly old. The writing was a mess. Disgusting. Should’ve read the reviews before I bought from here. Never again. Absolute waste

Your shop was recommended to me by me neighbor who recently bought cake from you. I ordered a cake for my mums birthday at 13:30 online. I ordered it for 17:00. It was ready on time and EXACTLY how I wanted it!!! AMAZING cake lookswise AMAZING taste!!! AMAZING quality!! Not too sweet!!! Just yummy!! I'm definitely buying from you guys again!!!

Why would you even think this text piping was acceptable?

It was sloppy and nowhere near neat.

THEY DIDN'T EVEN FIT IT IN THE CAKE.

Absolutely rubbish cake, rubbish service and rubbish execution.
Twice in a row now they messed up a cake.

Send your staff to back to bakery school if you expect customers to pay for this.

If you can avoid this place in Kingsbury then avoid it.

There's a cake box 10 minutes either direction of this place, that actually know how to do their job.

We ordered a wedding reception cake for our event in August 2022 and received excellent service in terms of; the customised decor of flowers on the 3 tier cake, size, delivery and best of all the eggless cake was very delicious. A big thank you to Shabnam for the excellent online/ whatsapp service. Thank you Paul for the delicious tasty cake.

I placed an order with a lovely lady named Shabnum who was very polite and helpful. She was very collaborative making my design of the cake exactly how I wanted it . She then messaged me after with all the cake details to make sure that I didn’t face any difficulties on the day of the collection and there weren’t any mistakes on the cake . I would recommend , an amazing service!

Absolutely amazing cake shop. I have from time to time bought egg free cakes which I knew were tasty and delicious. But when I was let down for my sons 18th Birthday I was introduced to Divya- she was my very own cake designer. They can do anything, KFC, Rolex or just a number 18. And today my son secretly arranged a birthday cake for my birthday, chocolate cake vanilla. Whatever your desire. Soft, moist and so tasty. All 4 cakes that we have had since November 21 had been delicious. Thank you you have a customer for life.excellent value for money.

Ordered two cakes one for the 18th and 2nd one for the 19th. The lady at the head office has mixed up the order even after I asked for the cake to be reconfirmed several times but she said yeah yeah I know.
Absolutely fuming no cake arrived between 11.00 - 14.00 on the 18th which was my husband’s 40th.
Called at 16.00 after work to chase it up.
Was told by head office she will check and call back. She never called I had to call her when after an hour she finally decided to reply back to my calls. She Said she can send another one but it won’t be a chocolate one it will be a plain one at the same price even though it was there fault. I then said okay and that she will send one over. I also said if she can’t send one out then to let me know so that I can get one from another store. No cake arrived calls were ignored. Then I messaged she said the cake will be here in 10-15 mins nothing came. I rang again calls were ignored. Later on a Lady from the cake shop rang to apologise and said they were told to deliver two cakes tomorrow. It is now 6.00pm. I wanted to take the cake with us to the restaurant we were going to. She said she can deliver a plain cake but it won’t have anything written on it. I have been chasing up for my cake for 2 hours had I have know I could have quickly got a replacement cake from another shop. It was my husband’s 40th absolutely terrible service. I have been a loyal customer for many years and I am sad to say I will be using another cake shop from now on.
The next day the head office rang for refund but I was busy so I rang back when I was free and no one answered the phone. So the next day I rang both the shop and head office no one answered the whole day. I then called another branch and the lady kindly chased it up for me and said she will tell them to answer there phones and they called me back and refund was issued as I paid for the cake in full. Only order cake in store in person do not order over the phone. Although I will never return as the customer service is terrible and there was no compensation. Too much stress and hassle and ruined the occasion. They should also ask the dates of birth for the person you are buying the cake for and take down the date you want it delivered properly. I won’t order again from this place there are much better cake shops near by. Horrible experience with them, terrible service and they can’t give you straight answers. Save your self the stress and disappointment and go to another store.

Have ordered from here several times and never failed to disappoint. The cakes are amazing and the service is quick and efficient.

I ordered my sons 7th birthday cake and cupcakes at short notice. It was a Minecraft themed cake which was made exactly to the design I wanted for him. It was a delicious chocolate sponge which everyone enjoyed.
Excellent service and will order more cakes 🍰
