Not even worth a star

Not even worth a star. The watch worked for about 2 weeks the wouldn’t charge or connect to the Bluetooth on my phone. I contacted customer services to return it as it was still under warranty but have had nothing but generic emails saying “they were busy but will get back to me” but they never have. This was in March 2022!!! Customer service is appalling and the watch is definitely not worth it

PLEASE avoid this company!

I suddenly felt I was getting on in age after my retirement so when I saw the online advert saying all parents and grand parents need this smart watch to monitor their health, I thought this is me. This is the very thing I need. Unlike the other posts on here, my smart watch works well.
1.The first problem I found was that the watch needed to be charged rather too frequently. While my wife could wear her Fitbit for more than 48hrs to 72hrs before requiring a charge, I had to charge mine twice a day. I did not complain about this.
2. The strap on the watch broke and as I did not have a spare in the package sent to me on purchase, I contacted KoreHealth to send me one, sell me one or tell me where I can get one. Unfortunately my experience with their customer services department mirrors exactly what everyone here has been posting. The question is totally ignored. They come up with 'your querry is being dealt with, we are very short staffed due to covid, your communication is being dealt with'. Nothing happens. Now they have sent me an email wanting to close the case. I have ordered several generic wristbands online but none of these fit.
PLEASE avoid these guys. They are totally useless. A waste of time!

Four week wonder

Watch worked for four weeks and was ok. Now no longer works and kore responded by saying that they had no record of me buying from them when I asked for a refund. All positive reviews must be fake.

Service? What service?

Purchased several months ago, appeared like a deal. Have yet to be able to sync to phone nor able to get to work as directed. Had tried several times for assistance. Stopped trying as no response. Anyone want to buy a 'watch' kore2.0 cheap?

I so wish I had read these reviews…

I so wish I had read these reviews before I purchased my kore watch. It was ordered on Feb 19th and now it is practically April and I keep being told to be patient and wait another week before I contact them. All I am getting is patronising emails. Never again would I purchase anything from them.

Don't Purchase

This watch has never given accurate information. Support is non-existent. Issues are not taken seriously and always recommend the same solution, Factory Reset, which hasn't ever corrected the problem. Don't waste your money!

Not as good as I thought they’d be

Bought 2 of these health watches. The Auto Health Monitor only measures 2 things , Heart rate & Temperature which requires constant resetting to measure every 2 hours instead of default 1 hour.
Sleep monitor is not accurate.
Heart rate seems ok.
Blood oxygen seems ok.
Heart rate variation seems ok.
Stress Checker - haven’t got a clue how this works but doesn’t seem to be accurate with how I feel.
Temperature monitor seems ok.
Steps monitor is not accurate. On some occasions It says that I’ve taken 30 steps before I get out of bed. My partners watch says she’s only taken around 40 steps when she has got up , gone down stairs , made a cup of tea and prepared all the breakfast table ready for our family to get up. Totally inaccurate.
Calorie checker - still under investigation.
I got in touch with Kore because the app wasn’t working correctly and they told me to do a factory reset on both watches which has worked in the main but it could be better.
The app Home page doesn’t show the “mi” (I take it that this is miles walked) or the “bpm” even though it is taking measurements every 2 hours.
I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing these watches as I wouldn’t have bothered.

I have the Koretrak and a 2.0 horrible.

I have the Koretrak and a 2.0. The first watch I bought took 4 months to get. The second one stoped working 5 months after receiving it. I contacted the company, explained what was going on and asked if there was a way to reset the watch . After several days they didn't know. So I asked to send another and I would send mine to them. They sent me a 10% coupon to buy another watch. I asked "what about the warranty", no response. Horrible/terrible.

Waste Of Time And Money

This is a terrible item, from a terrible company, who have terrible customer service. I tried to get a refund after reading all the negative reviews. They more or less refused, but sold me the watch for £20. It’s not even worth that!
Then they sent a second one, why I don’t know. I tried wearing them both at the same time. They don’t even sync with each other! Don’t waste your time or money.

There is a lot of negativity here but...

There is a lot of negativity here but some of it is unfair. You can take a family of four to McDonalds and you will probably spend more than this device costs. If you want medical grade data, spend the money for medical grade kit. I use it as just a vague guide; it's idea of sleep patterns are quite comical sometimes. You get what you pay for.

I wish I had read all the negative…

I wish I had read all the negative reviews before I purchased the kore 2.0 it’s so inaccurate and what a waste of money, I am about to return it and apparently it can take up to 45 days to get a refund what a joke! It didn’t take long for the money to come out of my account, I don’t know what the procedure to return I am waiting for a reply This shouldn’t be allowed to happen.

Unbelievably dishonest

Unbelievably dishonest! I ordered a watch and by closing a window on the website, the order came up as 2 watches. This may have been my fault but I cancelled the order immediately. What followed were several emails from the company spanning quite a period of time, saying that they were dealing with my issue and that it had been escalated to a high level so that I would receive priority attention. Then silence.

Why does a cancellation within minutes of receiving an order acknowledgement need this fanfare?

I contacted my bank, having paid by debit card and they refunded the money.

Great!

When I ordered I gave my landline number. I am constantly inundated with incoherent SMS messages left on my voicemail, firstly about no stocks of the watch being available, then telling me that they had been despatched from Hong Kong. Now they inundate me with calls promoting their other products

Avoid any dealings with this company!!

VERY INACCURATE AND VERY SHODDY SERVICE.

I purchased two Kore2.0 watches just before Christmas but both are giving totally inaccurate data. I wore my old but perfectly serviceable Samsung on one wrist and the Kore on the other to test it. By the end of that day the Kore registered almost 3 times the steps my Samsung did.
I have tried on literally numerous occasions to contact the Kore help desk to request a refund but all I get are pointless emails asking how the service I received was. They have also had the audacity to offer me a 30% discount on any product from their other website but given the standard of this product I obviously refused this "very tempting offer"
They then gave me instructions on how yo reset the watch, which I did... no change.
Today, the customer services person, Germaine now say's that I am out of time for a refund even though I was well within the time limit when I first contacted them.
This company is a con. DO NOT believe the positive reviews that you read, they are clearly written by themselves if my experience is anything to go by.
I am now resigned to throwing the two watches in the bin and putting this whole experience behind me.

Someone called Kawya keeps fobbing me off and this has been going on for two weeks now. I want what I paid for send not a sub standard product.
