What a rip off!

Bought the Koretrak as a Christmas 2020 gift to myself and for the first time ever I was sucked in by the nice shiny ad on line. Very disappointing in the long term - the strap is poor and the watch has dropped off my wrist a couple of times - customer service is non existent. There are a total lack of software updates. Had one in a year! I am going to have to replace it as the watch has started losing several minutes every day, so can't trust it or anything else about it now! We have recently bought a Ring doorbell and every time someone comes to the door my phone gets jammed by the signal and is unusable for a lengthy period afterwards. My advice, spend more money and buy something else. Come on Kore Trak this is the 21st Century get a grip. Bet my £10 life time warranty does not cover this. Please do not buy this product.

Great watch

Great watch! Straps atrocious. Watch has fell off my wrist 3 times. Functions are good. Service before receipt was excellent.

Can't get intouch since. New straps needed and after sales service needs improvement.

Dodgy product from dodgy company

My father in law bought the Koretrak 2.0. In an update of the watch the blood pressure function was removed, because it was providing inaccurate readings. No indication of when this fundamental error will be resolved. Suggests very poor testing pre-launch. How hard can that be? "My blood pressure on an established product is x over y". "My blood pressure is significantly different." "What shall we do? Investigate, or flog it anyway?" What sort of company would go for flog it anyway?

My experience has been fab

My experience has been fab. When I had an issue with functions initially, customer services told me to update app and it has been faultless ever since. I suspect most unhappy customers are user errors as mine was. The only thing I would like to see on the app is a 3rd party challenge facility
like fitbit provide as this aside my koretrak watch blows my fitbit out of the water.

BE WARNED

BE WARNED - Do not waste your money on a KORETRAK SMARTWATCH FITNESS TRACKER

During November 2020 I foolishly (with hindsight) purchased online 2 KORETRAK watches (one for myself and the other a Xmas present for my wife). Total cost UK £68.91 which was claimed to be a heavily discounted and a limited offer on a very convincing website.

The seller was stated to be QUALITY PERFORMANCE LIMITED and I was invited to pay using PAYPAL (who I strongly suspect to be in ‘cahoots’ with this company particularly as they offered a further Paypal discount and stated themselves to be the point of contact point for the company).

I was (wrongly) in belief that this was a UK based company which was supported when I received an order confirmation from SUPPORT at KOREHEALTH.and Paypal payment confirmation to CS@QUALITYGADGETSHOP.

The KoreTrak watches arrived reasonably quickly and after wearing my watch for several weeks it became progressively obvious that the numerous functions were hopelessly inaccurate.

For example - Blood Pressure readings were always surprisingly LOW. I eventually decided to check the various functions against other reliable equipment and whereas the KoreTrak watch gave BP readings of 119/73 it was actually 145/84. I found this particularly alarming and could easily have caused health PROBLEMS for some people being misled in this way. I also found heart rate and blood oxygen readings to be inaccurate. As also the steps count and distance covered and sleep time/s produced some strange and erratic readings as well.

Eventually I decided that the watch was not fit for purpose and in my opinion was nothing more than a child’s toy. I stopped wearing it and for a while did nothing to redress the situation.

In June 2021 the situation was exacerbated for me when KOREHEALTH.COM sent me a newsletter advising that a firmware update was available for my watch that REMOVED THE BLOOD PRESSURE reading function and the “identified inaccuracies and functionality issues”. It also offered an upgraded version of the watch called KORETRAK PRO that was a “fully upgraded” version at a discounted price of USD $30!

Was this an admission that the watches I had bought 7 months earlier were in fact SUB-STANDARD products I wondered?

This stirred me into action for a refund for the useless product I had already purchased on the basis that the watches WERE NOT FIT FOR THE PURPOSE ADVERTISED.

To be brief, I started with Paypal but they insist I am “out of time” for a Chargeback refund from them. In recent months I have exchanged a dozen or more emails with KOREHEALTH who respond with polite excuses for not being able to make a refund and at least 5 times have promised to replace the watch/s with the updated PRO model - but they never arrive!

I have contemplated legal proceedings but it seems that KoreHealth are NOT located in the UK but in Clifton NJ in the USA (which makes litigation somewhat complicated if not impossible).

It looks like the watches are destined for the rubbish bin and the money spent was well and truly WASTED.

Further to last - DO NOT BUY!

Further to last. I contacted firm on chat and received (and copied) advice on where to send product in Netherlands for full refund. I sent it international tracking - after much effort (and a further £11 spent) it was returned as 'not able to deliver'. I have turned to credit card company to, hopefully, get a refund. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I would give zero stars if I could
DO NOT PURCHASE
Without warning they removed the blood pressure feature. The sleep feature doesn’t work. When you complain they maintain too many days have passed and offer credit with some other website that coincidentally also received terrible reviews. At one point they even offered two new watches. The last email tells me to “file a chargeback with your bank in order to get your money back”, therefore putting the onus back on me but interestingly they sign off saying
“Hoping to work things out with you positively”.
Their customer service is appalling and the watch is not worth the money or the hassle.

The Kore Trak is a cheap gimmick…

The Kore Trak is a cheap gimmick probably using actors to promote on Youtube and other social networking sites. I purchased two for my wife and I. Only reason I purchased was of your recommendation! The readings are totally inaccurate including oxygen levels, heart rate and blood pressure. I work in a hospital and took my reading which was totally different to that on the Kore Trak. It even recorded me sleeping for 7.5 hours when working the night shift. Please do not waste your hard-earned money!! I understand NOW! why it’s so cheap when compared to other brands. To top it off I need to pay for postage to send them back overseas to get a refund!. I'm reluctant to do this as I've lost trust in Kore Trak and anyone involved with them.

Bought one of their watches after my Fitbit broke. Can't recommend. App was a pain to sync. No where nearly as good as the Fitbit. Don't trust the BP measurement as I compared it to my own BP monitor (which reads the same as my Doctors) and it was miles out. The heart rate monitor didn't give a continuous reading as my fitbit did. So you can't monitor continuously. The sleep monitor didn't work. The watch doesn't automatically recognise your sport (fit bit does).Basically I just use it as a watch now. Will be getting another Fitbit and binning this.

Koretrack Fitness Watch

UPDATE 25/3/21 I have received emails requesting further proof of postage from Koretrack that I have sent the watch back, which I did (although they have it already), then I was told I would get a refund which might take up to 30 days. After saying I will continue to post bad reviews until it is received (watch delivered 10/2/21) that has now gone down to 5-7 days. We'll see if that appears in my account???

I purchased this watch early Dec 2020 but it arrived mid Jan 2021 & couldn't get it to
work properly. I couldn't download the app which meant I couldn't change the date & time. Tried to Use it a few times but without the app it was pointless. Emailed customer service & they were quick to respond but completely unhelpful. They offered me a bigger discount but appeared to have no interest in resolving the problems to make it work. I sent it back as they suggested & am still waiting for my refund. It's been 2 months now with 2 emails chasing & no response. THERE IS NO MONEY BACK GUARANTEE & THIS PRODUCT IS A SCAM. THE REVIEWS ARTICLES APPEAR TO BE FAKE TOO. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

TOTALLY FAKE!!!

I bought this watch on the 08/02/21. It took around 12 days to get too me.

I downloaded and connected it to the app after charging it.

I had the straps off one day after charging it, and it was lay on my duvet - It started taking a reading of the duvets heart rate; Giving it 63bpm.

After noticing this - I’d thought it was some type of bug - so I intentionally done it again and again (taking readings of the duvet it was lay on) All giving random readings of between BP: 119-22/69 to 126/71. HR: 62-79. Just random numbers. Oxygen intake was always 99.

Sleep tracking had it between 12am to 8am. I work nights! (Not at the moment due to a broken ankle) I’m awake every night, all night! sleeping during the day. Absolutely fake with its readings.

As stated! I currently have a broken ankle. It counted one day - that I had made over 7,368 steps. I wouldn’t even do that in a week, without a broken ankle.

This is a scam! Pure and simple. A watch that takes readings of a duvet (seriously?!!) gives consistently similar readings.

Do not go near this thing. You’re simply buying a cheap piece of rubber. The truth is! The only thing that will actually take your vitals accurately - are the actual products designed to do that.

I feel like an old person, that’s been scammed with some telephone scam.

No answer to emails. No tracking postage numbers.
