Absolute garbage. Have tossed mine in bin for cremation. Not even worth recycling. Time was only thing correct. Comparison of BP against an Omron showed Dangerous low BP readings.
Do not buy this ... it's complete pants
The only thing that worked with my Kore2 with any reliability was paying for the bloody thing. You can't return it if it's out of the box so once you've sync it and realized what an awful product it actually is, your scuppered. I went for a 40 minute walk with my dog and according to Kore2 I hadn't moved.... Customer service will fob you off with a replacement but you'll never see you money again. Total pants product which you need to avoid.

Don't buy! This watch and so called customer support are a complete scam. If I could give a minus review I would. It worked for 3 months and now I cannot even get it to charge! So far about 5 emails with no reply as the computer is just saying no all the time. I even paid for a warranty of 3 years when I bought it but cannot even get into the system to use it! Constantly telling me I have no account. Such a waste of money. The good reviews must be false ones.
Kore 2 watch is a con.It does not work…
Kore 2 watch is a con.It does not work as advertised. The positive review articles appear to be copy and paste jobs - being all virtually identical to each other. My watch for example......went on a 6 mile walk and the watch recorded it as 1.5 miles but overstates the number of steps by 20%.
I do NOT recommend KoreTrak, multiple issues
Purchased KoreTrak watch Feb 2021; received & emailed KoreTrak support Mar 21/21. Multiple issues:
- BP & pulse readings highly inaccurate (122/69,HR 97, 123/76,HR 104, 122/73, HR 88) vs 3 different BP machines: 91/63/76, 91/64/76, 86/63/76 all readings sequential/same time). That's a significant discrepancy.
-Pacemaker patient, aware of proper procedures for taking readings; verified each KoreTrak reading with my own 2 BP machines & a nurse's BP machine
- KoreTrak oxygen seemed to match oximeter more closely
- Screen often would not activate as advertised, when hand raised
- Emails to KoreTrak support confirmed I WAS wearing the watch properly, I WAS following fit guidelines, I asked about a refund but this was not offered
- The watch was factory reset at least twice and Dayband was uninstalled and reinstalled on phone at least twice
- I packed up the watch for a move in May 2021, and pulled it out again in fall of 2021; it took multiple attempts to get the watch to charge again, I thought the battery had died; finally after a couple days of fiddling with it, the screen finally lit and charged; I reinstalled Dayband
- In October 2021 I had a replacement pacemaker, my readings are the same on the new pacemaker, and still consistently out of range on KoreTrak (again as compared to at least two BP machines)
- This watch is a big fail for me; I did review all the "how-to" guidelines per support; I definitely would not recommend this product.
- Battery drain on android was fairly high with all settings on
- In August 2021, I was loaned a Suuntoo watch and immediately found heart readings accurate; wore the watch for about a week and then returned to owner
- In February 2022 I was recently gifted a 2nd hand Garmin watch and upon first wearing, heart rate readings have been accurate
- I read multiple reviews by seemingly various sources, and in my experience have to give this product an extremely poor review.
Poor experience
Poor experience. Several key features on the watch do not work. Tried six times to obtain help from Customer Support but only automated replies stating there is not evidence of my account. The features that do work are OK, but wish I'd read other reviews on trustpilot before ordering. I would not have bought the watch and would recommend others do not buy it

If I could select a minus rating Kore definitely deserve it and PayPal also. Between them they have treated my returns and refund with contempt. I chose to pay via PayPal because they were offering free shipping but my payment was declined so I subsequently paid directly with Barclaycard and paid the shipping fee. The goods arrived but also did two payment entries on my Barclaycard statement. Yes, you guessed correct, PayPal had put the payment through. Having sent numerous emails to PayPal to credit back my card, quality gadget shop (retailer for Kore), who like most of these reviews I too have received nothing but the same automated reply of a delay in processing. Kore's T&Cs for returns/refunds is worthless, useless and its a sham of a company like these that pull reputable firms down into the gutter. The CEO needs to be made accountable by authorities/officials. Named, shamed and struck off!!!!

Bought in December 2021 as a present. Didn't turn up for ages and wanted to use the 30 day return option that they advertise on their terms and conditions.
Strangely enough I have not heard from them. A trip to the small claims court may well be the way forward. It is a complete scam.

I honestly can't fathom the negative reviews? Battery power is good, all the things it's supposed to do works, and to be honest is a good little watch? The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it had taken 17 days to get to me. If I had known it was coming from Asia I may have purchased another smartwatch elsewhere. However, as I said from above I have no issues at the moment.

i have not received my product and like a previous reviewer. customer service stated that my order number didn't exist. so one my third attempt and excluding the order number have sent the information from them to them. for a tech company this does not bode well going forward and i have still not seen hide not hair of the product. if i get it will review my review but really really not feeling the love for this company. wouldn't recommend if you cant get customer service right as a tech company this is a poor show.

Don’t buy. I have had do many issues with the accuracy of this Fitbit registering steps to the point in comparing with a friend on a different device. Morning wake-up’s doesn’t happen often and before you know it you’ve walked around for ages and nothing is registered. I could have had a refund, but then it started working, and then it didn’t. I have a new band on the way.

Absolute rubbish. Have had my watch for some time and have tried many, many times to speak to them about all the faults. They constantly send me the same email telling me how they're working hard to resolve my issues. Nothing has ever been done. Total scam - don't waste good money on this piece of rubbish!!!!!

This watch is just rubbish. It is shame to see so many so called professionals putting their name to this scam. I bought the watch for fitness and give me readings for blood pressure, heart beat etc. Everyday it gave the same reading. I complained and they apologised and they sent me another watch. Same problem so I wrote them again. I was promised a replacement that never arrived but they emailed to say that the blood pressure reading does not work and I should ignore it. It is not possible to use the watch on its own as it does not give proper time. It has to be used with the app. Total scam and rubbish.

Tried to track delivery of watch, doesnt work. Emailed Kore they said nonorrder has been recieved but they took my money no problems. Cancelled thru paypal after i tried to get refund. Kire claim the watch was delivered, signed for by me. Thats a lie. The watch did show up but turned out to be rubbish. The touch screen is hopeless. Repackaged it and asked for return address, no reply from Kore. Another watch scam.

Company/product is a scam. Fake paid reviews all over the place. Product is terrible and the companion app doesn't work. No response from 'customer service', just a discount to buy their other imitation products.
Do not waste your money
Do not waste your money! I read good reviews on some sights but they must be fake! The watch / tracker doesn’t work. It’s cheap rubbish and my advice would be to stay well away and stick to a trusted brand! I had to raise a complaint with PayPay to get a refund.

This company fall into the usual 'don't give a s*** about the customer' once they have your money. Purchased a watch from them in November 2020 plus lifetime warranty !! Malfunctions with watch within six months. Unable to contact 'customer services'.

Recent attempts to contact just invoke repeated return e-mails from whoever !!?
Basically they are customer and customer service scammers. Be Warned !!
