Nothing arrived after a month of ordering, the tracking number they provided was invalid even in foreign countries. Do not waste your time with this company, they do not respond to any emails they only respond here to try to save face. Absolutely a scam. I ordered 3 items on November 22nd from…

I ordered 3 items on November 22nd from their online store: a distressed-looking hat, a RED (I'll come back to this) hoodie with a clean/crisp-looking graphic on it, and a white "ugly Christmas" sweater. On December 3rd, I was told it shipped (tracking number was unable to be used by any tracker such as UPS or USPS when I tried to look it up). I had no way of knowing when my package would arrive or even if it would get her by Christmas. Thankfully, I received my items about 20 minutes ago (much to my disappointment). The RED hoodie I ordered is only a white hoodie that has a red graphic on it, and one that looks so faded/pixelated that it almost hurts the eyes to look at it. The white sweater is the same way, with the graphic looking like the difference between analog televisions and digital. Both are made from the cheapest fabric possible, which feels so thin that it almost feels like the fabric Spirit Halloween uses for their disposable costumes every year. I'm wildly disappointed in the product I received and nothing looks even remotely close to the pictures on their site (which look to have both been made with a more high-quality fabric and graphic to reel new customers like myself in). I will never buy an item from them again, and I'm now researching how to return these ones.

Poor Quality Christma Jackett

I ordered a men’s Christmas jackett. It looked great on their website. When it finally arrived weeks after they promised, it was horrible. The jacket is made of cheap, thin material. The decorations on it are just printed on, I ordered a siz “large” but the jacket is closer to a size small. It it a horrible product. I have asked repeatedly for a refund and have been consistently ignored.

Would give 0 stars should it be possible. Ordered a womens Xmas jumper - looked nothing like the photo when it arrived. It is a cheap print, the material is terrible not furry as shown. Cheap products do not buy they look nothing like they show on their website

Christmas order

I ordered a jacket for Christmas on 12/1 and received an email on 12/9 that it is shipped but the emailed lacked any sort of tracking info. I emailed them 2 days ago asked for the tracking info but they have not responded.
Needless to say, I am not impressed with the lack of communication and thoroughly disenchanted with all of the negative reviews.
Based on all of the previous reviews I don’t think I will get the jacket in time for Christmas next week. What I do not understand is how I ordered off of TikTok and those things have been shipped from China - I have already received those items. Thoroughly disappointed!

Update: I found out on pkge.net that my package hasn’t been shipped even though their website says it has.

WAITING FOR MONTHS FOR DELIVERY

They are very efficient at taking your money not so much on actual delivery of the item purchased. It has taken them a month to respond to my email asking where my item is. Then they respond with sorry you will not have the item for another two weeks. It was for a holiday party and now I have nothing to wear. If you order from them give them TWO months to make delivery. An absolute scam!!

Not as described at all

Not as described. Not knitted, is a printed picture on cheap fabric. Does not measure to spec it is huge, colours will probably run when washed. Has took over a month to get here.
Really disappointed, doubt i'll get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
The response has focused on the delivery time and not that the garment is absolutely not as advertised. I've sent pictures from the website and the product I received highlighting the differences via email. I've yet to receive a response/refund

Website product photos misleading.

Whilst I received products in a timely fashion today 16.12.25.
In my opinion the website photos are misleading for the products. I wish they would just post the photos of the actual product rather than the misleading pictures.
Men's Christmas 3D Santa Face Knit hoodie, not a knit hoodie, just a cheap and cheerful printed hoodie and definitely not as the website photo.
Men's 3D Santa Claus with colourful LED lights print knit sweatshirt, not a knit sweatshirt, just a printed cheap and cheerful top, colours are not as vibrant as shown on the website photo.
The only product that came close to matching the website was the Reindeer Christmas art print top. For all products the quality of the fabric is poor, finishing poor, stitching poor. if I were allowed to upload photos to show the differences I would.
They'll serve a purpose for a season then go in the jumble bag.

Christmas jacket and lies by customer service

After ordering a Christmas jacket, I received an email 12/7 stating it would take three weeks because it hadn't shipped yet. I requested a refund immediately and daily made the same request of their customer service...crickets. 12/14 I got an email that it shipped and I couldn't get a refund because it shipped.

2nd complaint

This would be my 2nd complaint about Korsina seeing as they only seem to respond when you publicly call them out on their lack of customer service!

This is now my 3rd request for a return label - not only was the order received much later than expected, one of the items is supposed to be a men’s SWEATSHIRT! It’s far from sweatshirt material AND the other is supposed to be a women’s SWEATER - again the material is far from such! Both some cheap polyester. This is nothing short of false advertising.

A request for a return label was sent to your support team, and the 2nd request was sent to your complaint team. Now I have just sent a email to both support and complaint teams - anyone going to answer?

Beware: SCAMMERS

Do not purchase from these scammers!! Products are not what you see on the website snd when you complain, they try to force you to pay shipping to USA. Luckily I won a dispute via PayPal for a full refund they are persistent and will stick to their return policy for a few days. Do not budge if you need a refund or AVOID SITE AT ALL COSTS!!

Order never delivered. After months of contact, the seller admitted the parcel was
“disposed of” but still refused a full refund, offering only a partial refund or voucher.
I don't recommend to order anything from this company.
