Earrings were ok, customer service was slow
I received several earrings as a Christmas present from my boyfriend; however, I did not like one pair, and another he accidentally ordered as a single instead of a pair. I contacted customer service through their website chat and was provided detailed instructions on how to return the three earrings I didn't want to keep. After following up multiple times (and after posting negative reviews online), I finally received a refund 33 days after Kosiner received my return. While I appreciate that I did ultimately receive a refund and understand that the delay was apparently due to the Chinese new year extended holiday, the overall experience was not great.

Horrible customer service & product quality
They took a very long time to ship and then once I received my order one of the pairs that I bought came broken. I contact their customer service email with a picture of the broken earrings and requesting a refund. The first email I sent them was December 27, 2025. Their team said that they would issue the refund on January 11, 2026 and that the refund will be processed in 3-6 business days. It's now February 15, 2026 and I still haven't received my refund and had to file a claim through my bank so they can do an investigation and process my refund. I do not recommend this company, they have terrible customer service support and for the earrings to arrive broken means their quality isn't that great if the product doesn't even hold up during shipping.
**Update**
Kosiner has finally issued my refund back to my bank on February 18 and refunded me an extra $50 as a sign of good gesture. Because of this, I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3 since I feel like they are working on their customer service and trying to do what is right for the customer and I appreciate that.

I’m absolutely delighted with my 14K Solid Gold Opal Ear Piercing Stud from Kosiner Jewelry. The earrings feel luxurious and substantial without being heavy, and the opal stone has a beautiful glow that catches the light perfectly.
The quality of the materials and craftsmanship is excellent .
On top of the lovely product, Kosiner’s customer service was fantastic — responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend both the stud and the brand!

Not a happy experience

Bought a pair of Open Huggies earrings on the site a week ago.
I was very disappointed on receiving the items as they are far too small/tiny to even hold down to, let alone to put them in my helix pieces.
I request a return authorisation on the ground of not made fit for purpose.
Then you get those lengthy justifications of no faulty on the produc and suggestions with discounts, give them to friends, etc, to refuse for a returning and refund.
It’s been a disappointing, stressful and frustrating experience.
They don’t seem to understand UK remote/online shopping and consumer laws/rights about that the products have to be fit for purposes and consumers’ rights to cancel/return the order within 14 days if not satisfied.

After a few back forth emails, we’ve reached a mutual agreement that they given me a full refund and let me keep the product.
I’m pleased that they are working on their Customer Service and I think every one deserves a second chance to be excellent.

Beautiful but poor quality threads.
The earrings I ordered look beautiful, but upon taking them off for the third time the threaded ends malformed already! The one pair won't securely screw together now.
They had no major wear and tear, only hand screwed and unscrewed a few times I took them off. I'm greatly disappointed in the poor quality since I really did love how they looked.
Update: Got a refund for the earrings and won't repurchase.
