I purchased the cutest 14k gold curved spliced zicron ear piercing stud. It is fantastic earring and looks absolutely adorable on my ear. I sadly lost the backing of my earring when i was sleeping. i direct messages them through instagram and they responded less than 12 hours from my DM. They said that they will ship a new backing for free. This makes me so so happy to know how much they value their customers. I will definitely be buying from them again mot only for how amazing the product is but how amazing the customer service was. Thank you so much!!

Upon receiving the item, I was very disappointed with the quality, especially considering the price. I contacted the company to request instructions for a return and refund.
I was informed that they would only offer a 20% partial refund. If I wanted a full refund, I was told I would need to ship the item back to **China at my own expense and pay customs fees**.
This is extremely unfair and misleading, as the item was shipped to me **from Springfield Gardens, NY**, not China. The company did not pay customs fees when shipping the item to me within the U.S., yet they expect the customer to cover international shipping and customs for a return.

Great in quality 💯
The earrings are great in quality! Had them for 2days now, they don't itch unlike some others I've tried since I have sensitive ears and they're made with sterling silver which is also water resistant. The earrings also have a strong post so it won't bend as easily. The shipping is also quite fast (10days) with no issues. Plus, the kosiner team is super friendly and helpful with my order💗 will buy again.

Good: Delivery is quick and packaging is beautiful. They are pretty and shiny.
Could improve: The length of the earrings are too long for lobe piercings as well as some cartílago piercings. It is also disappointing that the earrings are not flat backs. There is no 14K stamp which may potentially mean they are not... but time will tell

I bought three earrings from kosiner. Two seem good and excellent for the price (although I've only had the earrings for a couple weeks so can't say if they'll tarnish or are proper 14k gold as sold). The third earring, the colour was completely different to the advert. It was a bit of a struggle to get a refund, as I had to go through several "no but here's another offer"s to get there, but in the end I got a full refund.
Overall, the price seems good (pending longevity) and they refunded me for the poor quality product. So would recommend

Jewelry is cheap. I doubt it is actually 925 silver.
Service is horrible as well. I wanted to return the pieces because the quality feels low. They adviced me to give tje jewellery to a friend because returning would be to expensive. As 'compensation' they would give me 20% of my next order. Which is funny, because there was already a coupon in my delivery for 20% of at my next order for loyal costumers.

Couldn’t return faulty product
Couldn’t get the earring on because it had a big flat circle that wouldn’t go through my ear. The company states on their website that it’s 30 day return but when I email about it they said wouldn’t accept it. Told me to gift it to someone because if I return it I will pay expensive postage and customs charges then they broke off the contract.
