I'm so disappointed in the stone…

I'm so disappointed in the stone quality. I can tell it's not a real and just a lookalike made with glass. the moss agate i got isnt even slightly green to begin with. other than that i think the quality is ok....

Do not purchase!

Do not purchase!! Scam website that don't reply to return requests. They essentially sent me prop doll earrings. That were tiny and completely unfunctional as the ball bearing ends were not removable

Great quality for the price

It took some time for the international package to arrive but they processed it super fast. Also, I do get the best quality for the bucks. They always have some kind of promotion going on. If not on their website, then their social media's got a code somewhere. That's how I got my 14k solid gold studs at a discount at least 😂

I have purchased from this company…

I have purchased from this company twice now and I just discovered it a month ago. I have worn my earring stack everyday for the past month and it has not tarnished at all! No irritation or itching ever either! The earrings are very secure for the most part, but I had a pair fall out and I worked with a very helpful and nice employee who bared with me for a couple days and is now sending me a pair of earrings for free! This is my favorite jewelry brand by far and I get compliments on my stack everyday and I recommend their brand to all of my friends and anyone who asks. :)

Order at your own risk x

Asked for them to cancel my order before it was shipped, no reply on their emails, WhatsApp or live chat for days, they reply back to me AFTER it’s been shipped out and it’s too late to cancel… I asked if I can return it and they recommended to give it to friends/ family! I need a refund not give it away! Very bad company, don’t buy

Edit: almost a year later they have refunded me

Edit again: they have given me a $20 gift card as an apology. Now this is what good customer service is! ❤️
