Beautiful jewellery, true to description

I recently purchased a pair of earrings which unfortunately didn’t meet my expectations as they were too heavy for the ears.

The return process is a bit inconvenient for international customers, as items need to be sent back to France at your own cost.

That said, customer service was responsive and handled the situation well, offering a 50% refund without requiring a return, which I appreciated.

I was happy with the necklace and bracelet, which looked nice and met expectations.

Overall, a mixed experience — good customer service, but some improvements could be made on product consistency and the returns process.

The bracelets are really wonderful- they are all I had imagined them to be. I am very happy to have them.

Since trust pilot wants this review to be truthful, i have to note that there was some miscommunication with the courier services. Belle was very patient while trying to figure out what had happened. Eventually the bracelets arrived this morning (Crete, Greece), making us all very happy. I am looking forward to my next purchase ☺️

I received the rainbow collection bracelets for my birthday. They are so gorgeous that I went ahead and ordered two more bracelets and a pair of earrings. I love the layered look and I can’t wait to get my new jewelry.

I ordered two bracelets from them and they never arrived so I got in touch with customer service and replacements were sent immediately. My wife loves them.Thank you

Very happy with my purchase, the beads are light and smooth and so easy to leave on all day.

First I have to give kudos to this shop for the impressive customer service. I was thanked for my order personally and was even sent a message by the owners of the shop checking to see if I had received my order. They were extremely responsive and helpful and I genuinely felt like they cared about if Inwas happy with my order.

Once I received my order I was absolutely thrilled. I ordered 6 bracelets. A mommy and me set for myself and my daughter. The quality is impeccable. The beads on my particular sets were smooth and comfortable against your skin and do not get caught on your clothing which I can appreciate. The colors were gorgeous and iridescent. They look very chic and I have received many compliments.

I am beyond pleased with my order and every once in a while I splurge on a purchase solely based on wanting an item that I really love and this purchase was definitely that!

I was concerned because my bracelet took longer than expected to be delivered. I emailed Koss and had excellent customer service support including a f/up email. Very attentive and personal care.

I love my Capucine bracelet. It’s stunning and well made! I purchased two so I have one for a gift. Customer service was prompt to reply and very courteous.

Received a beautiful bracelet from my son for Mother's day. What makes it so precious are the Japanese beads, beautiful design & colours but will be special, reminding me of my son, as is moving to Japan to work, in a couple of months

Absolutely love these and have about 10 now which I wear all at the same time. Always get loads of questions and compliments. My niece pinched a couple last time I saw her so I ordered her some more and some more for myself.
Would totally recommend these if youre in any doubt at all. order them you won't be disappointed.
