There are not honoring the gift card that I purchased from their website for my mother a month ago. When she went to the cashier they told her the code has expired 2 year ago.They are not even willing to accept their own email as proof that it's a brand new giftcard
I've been on the phone with them for 3 days in a row and they still can't fix it. Everyday they tell me that it'll be fixed by the end of the end of the day and they never do it... Tomorrow I'm getting the local and European consumer protection support involved. Im done with their excuses!

Visit the Kotsovolos in Agia Parasveki to buy an Imac. They claim that there is no availability and I must place an order and it will probably take 1 to two months to receive the merchandise. They had only one item on display in the store. I went home and log in to kotsovolos and did a search. I got two hits one in Agia Paraskevi and one in Ioannina for the same item I was looking for. They package display (εκθεσιακά) items and sell them as brand-new merchandise. It seems that other major chains do the same thing. My brother got a brand new TV with a stick in the USB port containing ads (Media Markt)

Despite the fact that they are unprofessional, they keep pushing to sell.
Clearly they are getting a commission on what they sell . Anyway , went there once to look up for a Tv , explained my requirements and my budget, they explained that at the moment there’s nothing available on my budget and i need to wait ..thus is better to buy another tv . Two - three days after , someone called me from their central call center willing to ‘help’ me . Found me what i need in my budged said okay just go there tomorrow , give my name and the information needed and take the specific tv. Went there the next day , no one knows about it , the specific tv not available and again were trying to sell me a tv double the price.

Yesterday l visited the store in Thessaloniki, Tsimiski Str. I am beyond words. Despite the 1,5 hour patience, employee Eva Pakaki was the best, she is the dream of customer service. She is in charge on mobile communication and she is so smart,so smart, helpful and pleasant human being that l just wish everyone was like her. I would like to be appreciated as she deserves. In addition to ,l would like to refer to the security guy who did put in order someone that was looking the opportunity to steal my place in waiting to be served ( he noticed or he was told, and he remarked to him that l am first of him in the waiting line,very important). I paid 450 euro for 2 chairs on the 26th of November 2022, they were supposedly to deliver them on 28/29 of November.
The day today is 8/12/22 and i still don't know where my order is or anything. Everyday you call them they come up with another excuse. I am waiting 2 days for a call from the store in Nicosia because their customer support said that they cant do anything since it was going to be delivered by the store.
I know for a fact that they don't have the stock and they are just making excuses until it a new stock arrives and say their sorry for the delay etc.
Incompetence, unprofessional, liars.

I bought a product in instalments and I was waiting for a week to receive the answer
When they finally told me that it was approved I sent a person on my behalf to purchase and with the proxy that is required by the law to sign on my behalf since I was abroad. They didn't accept even though is against the law and I asked if I can receive the documents in my email to sign them but still wasn't enough. Then I told them that I can go to the local branch of Cyprus in Limassol since I was there to sign the agreement and they told me that I can go the next working day.
I've been there and they told me that I can not do that and they tried to make me buy the same product from them but not at the price that I initially intended to buy since this was an offer and it expired. Amateur customer support service and unprofessional behaviour. Also, the warranty that they desperately trying to sell you is useless if you have a warranty already.

I placed my order on the 21st of October and was charged for shipping via courier. (Normally, that takes a day or two, but anyway.)
When entering the link to trace my order, as I have not yet received it, I saw that they had put in the billing address for delivery and not the shipping address (which is a different city!!!).
When trying to reach customer support, I was on hold for 10 minutes, only to have my call answered by a rude representative who when given my order number said that the address was so and so. I then told her that that is the billing address and the shipping one was different. Her answer was that it had already been shipped and she would therefore have to connect me to customer service (Which is what I had called and put on hold for, in the first place!!!!), only to put me on hold again, where I ended up just hanging up the phone after another five minutes. Not a company I would call professional and adequate!

Went to the Glyfada store and ordered a phone, since they didn't have it in stock. The sales person said she located it at another store and ordered it for home delivery. Was told it will take 3 days. When the 3 days were up and still no phone, I called their help desk. I was told they had it at their warehouse and would be on dispatch the same day. The next day when I called again, I was told they found it at the airport store and would ship it express. When that didn't happen the next day, I was told the shipping company had picked it up. Called the shipping company to be told they just received the order and would pick up tomorrow. I went to the store to cancel my order but couldn't because they said the shipping company had it.
I have heard nothing but lies and excuses from this company! They false advertise same day /24hr deliveries for products they don't even have in stocks! Buyer beware!

Bad customert service, faulse promise for fast delivery. They charge 8 euro for next day , although they advertise Next Day Delivery as their strong point.
They denied to transfer from store to store a 60euros product so I had to drive 22+22klm to pick it up free from a far from me store.
ALSO they announce FAULSE reductions, when you check with SKROUTZ those are the normal all year long prices of smaller merchandisers.

So, let me start by saying that i ordered 2 times this month and never again. The first order took longer than expected to arrive and when it did arrive (2 hours earlier than expected) the delivery guy gave me 5’ to collect the items, even though i was out of town (as i said i didn’t expect the delivery for two more hours). The second one..ahh i cant wrap my head around how disgusting “customer service” can be. So, they were supposed to bring me my order on Friday and they supposedly came on Monday (lied about it, never came) and was rescheduled for Wednesday (still waiting), plus the service provided for the item’s placement was so not synchronised with the delivery and ended up coming before the item even arrived (it still hasn’t). They were supposed to call me or leave a notice both times, which they never did YET lied that they did. Honestly speechless by the terrible “service” and if the products weren’t to come, i would demand a refund. They oblige you to stay home ALL DAY and expect a delivery that never comes, yet waste your day and precious time waiting. I call that abuse. Never will i spend a penny on that shameless company. Very very very disappointed.
Very Poor Customer Services in Cyprus
I bought a washing machine in Nicosia, Cyprus and they just left it on the premises. I was on the phone with them for over an hour begging them to pay them to come to install it and get the old one for recycling. They had me on hold and passed me to various call centers in Athens (!!!!) that had no idea about deliveries in Cyprus.
Finally they told me that its not possible to install the washing machine because I should have asked for it when they brought it (Impossible because on their website they do not have such an option and anyway the driver said he only does deliveries)
They do not have a Customer service Call centre in Cyprus. If you have a problem, you will be forwarded to various call centres in Greece who don't know how to answer you.
