Source and refurb - great work.
Met Dan and Jez and watched them for a few months before deciding to use them. Just to make sure they actually did know their stuff.
I would advise you if you’re reading this not to waste the same time I did as you’ll miss plenty of deals.
We used them to source and refurb one of our properties and the numbers were inside the parameters they said they would be which proves they do actually know their stuff and don’t fudge their research to make it work.

Kove helped me find my first investment property. I work off shore so I don’t have time to keep and eye on things 24/7, they made the whole process very hassle free as I know how stressful property can be. I am looking forward to finding another with them
