Thank you David Slade, Andy Nash, Piotr kaminski, Maria Presa and Alex Hunt for an excellent pre grading workshop.
All advice and tips were greatly appreciated and we all learnt a lot from your great instructions. Breaking it all down into sections with time to write group and individual feedback after each was really helpful and managed well.
It was clear to all that the team had a well thought out plan and idea of how the day would go, their expertise and experience was great and thanks again for taking the time to share it with us all.
I just wish we had 1or 2 more hours to selfishly get more time with you all.

Great preparation for the upcoming grading sessions (and good value, too!). It could have been slightly more organised towards the end to avoid not having the time to wrap it up.

I was very impressed with the way this pre grading workshop was structured. Starting from p1 and working our way up was really useful to refresh our knowledge. Iam currently working towards P5 so I especially found this useful. I also found writing down our feedback as we went a great idea as I'd probably end up forgetting bits and pieces. Very pleased.

The workshop was extremely well structured & organized in such a way as to provide physical training with the means to record critique and expert observation almost immediately, a fantastic innovation for a 4 hour workshop providing an aide memoir through all the training sections that can be referred to after the event with accuracy. An extremely useful and enjoyable training experience. Many thanks.

Glad to attend the workshop over the weekend, I enjoyed the schedule of the day, warm up then going through the fundamentals, breaking down and explaining each technique or combination, starting at the beginning and progressing through to your specific level, great to have several instructors going round offering support and critiquing you. I thoroughly enjoyed the session and learned a lot from the day, thanks to all the instructors for providing such a great event.

An absolute must for anyone learning Krav Maga.

Jon and the Team nail it every time. If you have never tried Krav Maga Elite I suggest you do so now and learn the skills to cope physically and mentally if ever you are in a threatening situation.

Level 1 Ground Survival was hard work and totally worth it, I learned skills I could put into practice right away. This has already been invaluable to me as part of my regular training. If you get the opportunity to attend this course, do it or miss out! When is level 2 taking place? I need to be on that course.

It was an awesome course, I would recommend this to all as if you ever end up on the ground it’s hard without the skills you will learn to get out of the situation. I am looking forward to part 2 👍👍

This course really helped take away my aversion to fighting on the ground. Its given me so much confidence, and skills I can use for my size so I can get myself in a better position, and off the ground as fast as possible. Ive gained a whole new set of Krav skills, and it's awesome! Thank you for such an amazing course- it took everything I had to get through it but looking forward to the second one!

A first class training experience. The instructors are all very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. No two classes are the same, which keeps the training program interesting, exciting and challenging. I have trained here for a number of years, and have enjoyed a better level of fitness and skill level as a result.

Really enjoyed this course, structured vey well. A great introduction or refresher into the basics of ground fighting. I learnt loads from this course would recommend this to everyone and can’t wait for the next one.

I went for my first lesson at Portsmouth this week and absolutely loved it. The instructors were very welcoming and friendly. As someone fairly new to martial arts, I did feel a bit nervous, but given an immediate welcome and made to feel part of the team. Can't wait to do next session on monday.

Krav Maga Elite run a one off special workshop dealing with armed attackers wearing crash helmets and carrying weapons.
The instructor Mr Nash had a good knowledge on how to defend yourself if you find yourself in a situation and feel threatened and vulnerable.
The workshop was physical and challenging but also interesting and enjoyable.
Hopefully this is the first of many workshop run by a top class instructor who would be welcome back again anytime.
Well Done Elite good start to 2020.
