Krav Maga Elite - Self Defence & Fitness Training Reviews 

I really enjoyed the armed threat workshop led by guest instructor Andy Nash. It was an intense 3 hours and i came away from it feeling that i had learned some valuable techniques. These workshops at krav maga elite Battlesbridge are always excellent and well worth attending.

As always, a first class session delivered by top instructors. Constantly learning, never gets boring and lots of detail in the techniques. Superb - thank you guys!!

A very well thought out response to a specific threat which unfortunately is relevant these days. As always taught in a step by step lesson with plenty of chance to go over anything you are not sure about and then culminating in the realistic and high adrenaline summary drill. I learned something new today that will definitely stay with me thank you very much Andy Nash and supporting instructors.

I joined Krav Maga Elite as I wanted to learn some self defence, I thought I’d give it a months trial to learn a little bit and that would be it. 5 months on I’ve learned a lot already but I know there’s still a lot more to learn! I enjoy coming back from a class feeling pumped up, and often find myself showing family and friends some defence moves. All instructors are extremely skilled and and take time help you with any questions or technique tips. The extra workshops put on are always fun, energetic and informative. As I woman, I feel less vulnerable, and have the confidence that if I was in any unfortunate situation, I know some good moves that could potentially help me out! I think it’s the best practical self defence class out there which is suitable to everyone and any age. I feel proud when I say I do Krav Maga as it’s a beneficial skill I know I now have forever. (Not to mention cool)

Top class instructors, a friendly environment and a great way to keep fit and help to stay safe. I would highly recommend.

Full of useful techniques that are geared specifically to women, and a great experience overall! It was clear that Marija put a lot of thought and effort into this, making this an incredibly effective workshop. I hope there will be more!

Very well paced with interesting and useful scenarios, good exercises and well communicated. Experience to repeat!

The knife defence 'special' workshop was superb. Who doesn't want to learn how to defend against attacks which are (sadly) becoming so common? Who doesn't want to learn how to protect themselves and their loved ones? I know I do.

Top marks to the trainers who make this understandable and get this info ingrained in my head, no easy task but they do it so well.

Add to this a friendly welcoming environment, and we have Krav Maga Elite. Joining was one of the best decisions of my life.

Excellent session. High quality teaching and enjoyable

Training with Krav Maga Elite womens group over the past few months has been an amazing experience which boosted my confidence from the very first session. Though self defence training is not something I've ever done before, the other members and trainers were very welcoming and encouraging and were quick to offer help and advice to help me improve. Though I'm now having to give up training to move away, Elite has helped me step out of my comfort zone and encouraged me to take up new martial arts. Thanks to Aidan, Chris and the other members for making it a great experience!
