KRCS gargage customer service
I attended their Nottingham Queens Drive premises for a phone repair through my Nat West Platinum Bank package. I was advised the phone could not be repaired and that they would order a replacement from Apple which would arrive in 2/3 days. It is now eight days on and they have not supplied a phone. They have never attempted to contact me to provide an update. I have called on numerous occasions but just been fobbed off with various excuses. Avoid this business if you can as they do not know what good customer service is. I will never use them again and advise everyone I know to avoid at all costs.

Not what you would expect from Apple
Took an iPhone 15 for repair since the software froze and made it unusable. Wanted just shy of £500 as they told me it was water damaged.
Sent off to Apple, fixed and returned with 48 hours.
Lesson learnt

The most amazingly talented and professional young man called Max sorted my problem. Polite, reassuring and very knowledgeable. Met the manager who was equally helpful.

Awful service
Awful service. I ordered a MacBook Air from them for which I had to wait over a month, including a random week-long delay that they didn't explain. This is despite the fact that when ordering, the website said I could get next-day delivery if I ordered before 3PM (don't get caught on this).
When it finally arrived, it had the wrong keyboard on it but when I contacted their customer service to return it because it was unusable for me, I was told their T&Cs prevent returns.
Long story short, avoid like the plague. I'm out nearly £2k, 1 month of my life, and now stuck with a laptop I can't use.

I had to approach them for support as the colleague propped up a display stand.
Wanting to purchase an Apple Watch today, they were less than helpful. When we did get to look at something to try on, he spent more time tapping the keyboard at the desk. So I’ll be taking my custom to a store that wants it.

My experience with them was a very interesting one, swift delivery and perfect product.
Ordered a new Mac from KRCS
Ordered a new Mac from KRCS and everything went well for the most part. The lead time was a little longer than I'd hoped, but this isn't down to KRCS (as it was a configuration not in stock).
My one minor complaint is that the tracking information was not made available to me until the day of the delivery, which happened to coincide with me being away on holiday. If I had known sooner, I could have rescheduled delivery for a different day.
Other than that, no issues at all!

I emailed for some advice & got a speedy, helpful response but going into Nottingham store was not a pleasant experience (had reservations about using the place after a previous similar experience here with same staff member ) dismissive, rude & zero customer service etiquette. Unfortunately he was the one I had to be served by as the polite younger man couldn’t do valuations for trade in.
I was left waiting whilst he served someone else having rudely interrupted my initial conversation with the other employee to offer his rude totally irrelevant comment as he had assumed wrongly what I had been asking for.
Left waiting again with no courteous acknowledgement that he’d be back. I waited a little longer & decided I’d rather spend my money elsewhere & not have to deal with Mr Obnoxious again.
Like others I’ve used a store not far from this one & they’ve always been very helpful, not such a professional place but certainly much better. Such a shame, would it be that difficult to treat paying customers with some respect!
