Update from my post on the 4th of April, I received my second replacement bMate (3rd set of ear buds) via Gavefabrikken.dk and lo and behold one of the ear buds does not switch on. This time it's the left ear bud instead of the right that is charging constantly but will not switch on. I'm very disappointed, Gavefabrikken.dk are extremely slow to react. Its now May and the present my wife ordered for me for Christmas still doesn't work. As previously stated - 4th April, the first set was outstanding until the sound more or less disappeared in the left bud, I was really hoping it was a freak occurrence that the first replacement didn't work.
I'm going to contact Kreafunk directly but their terms of service state that I must return to the company who supplied me - Gavefabrikken.dk, which is now a total meh feeling😏
I really hope Kreafunk will help me instead of having to go through Gavefabrikken.dk again.

I've got a contact from their customer service. I sent back the broken one and received a better function one. So I think their service is good and change the rating.
I received bMATE as a gift of my talk in IDA. I like the slick design.
However, the bMATE is not working at all. No response no matter how I tap or squeeze the charged earbuds. This useless thing wasted me several hours. bMATE is destroying your company's reputation (or do you have it?)

I bought Kreafunk aHEAD a couple of days ago. Though the sound quality is fairly good, the sound can be easily heard from the outside. Even the volume is not high, it is giving the sound outside so it is not at all suitable for use when you are in public, traveling etc. The only place it can be used is in the middle of forest or an island where there is nobody. For this reason I decided to return it back and they are not even paying the return delivery. So I had to pay 9 Euro for a headphone that I cannot use for a very basic reason. Very disappointing experience and I am not planning to order anything from Kreafunk.

I was given a Kreafunk aMAJOR less than a year ago. Although it plays well, the loudspeaker didn't last long. I contacted Kreafunk, and they explained how to reboot. Unfortunately that did not help.
I then asked about warranty, but I was told I needed a recept. I then argued that lots of people don't keep receipts, but customer service didn't seem to care. I also explained that the loudspeaker was launched just a couple of years ago, so basically all aMAJOR loudspeakers are less than two years old (same as warranty period). They were not interested in this argument either.
Long story short: very disappointed about both product and customer service. Buy something else (I am buying IKEA by Sonos!)

We bought a Kreafunk Amove speaker for our new home - first purchase - and it looked and sounded great. For less than a year. It will no longer hold a charge. Connects via Bluetooth but will not play anything and shows zero charge. Was a waste of money, sadly.

I asked for the KREAFUNK aTUNE Radio Bluetooth Speaker, DAB+, FM, AUX Radio for my birthday and now quickly regretting it.
- There is a constant sounds of static/white noise when you're playing audio via Bluetooth (which I've also seen other people mention in their reviews so it can't be a fault.)
- The DAB radio is very poor at picking up stations, with patchy signal.
- The main reason I got this was it had additional an radio alarm function. The alarm won't let you change the volume to less than around 45% which means you are suddenly woken up to very loud radio programmes in the morning...not the calm start I was hoping for.
The only good thing I can say about this is the aesthetic design. Otherwise very disappointed with quality of the actual tech, which is a shame as I'd been looking at this for a while.

I bought the aGo speaker. Loved the design and quality but it suddenly stopped working one day. I managed to get a replacement from the store I bought it from, and all was fine until that one stopped working again. I cannot think of anything I could have done to cause this apart from leaving it to charge overnight.
I contacted Kreafunk support and they said they could not do anything about it as I did not buy it directly from them.

I bought 2 pairs of avibes. One didn't work and I talked to team kreafunk.
They were very friendly and professional and the next day they sent me a new pair (that work;))
Now I can enjoy my music in very good quality while running! I also love the design and the packaging in the cool wooden box made with lots of care. Something very special. Thank you team kreafunk, especially to Laura, that I talked to on the phone!

Got a pair of aBean bluetooth earpods as a christmas gift from my company. Sadly, the other earpod doesn’t work. I like the design although they could have made them a little easier to fit to your ear. Disappointed with the quality.

Earbuds received as company Christmas gift. Compared to other earbuds I've used with my phone the Bluetooth connection is very unreliable and difficult to pair. The sound is reasonablly OK - I think maybe at the price you cannot expect better.
- Very difficult to pair with a different device when the previous device is "visible" for Bluetooth.
- Pairing with my Windows computer was weird. Sometimes I would have sound in one ear - at other times the other. Sometimes it would work OK.
- Pairing with my Mac works much better but still some weird quirks where suddenly one or both earbuds goes mute for a second.
- If I close the lid on the Mac the speaker will remain connected (and use battery) unless I specifically disconnect from MacOS. It would have been nice to be able to disconnect on the speaker.
I ended up using them exclusively with the Macbook and here I'm actually quite happy with their performance.

I had a problem with a speaker I ordered from Kreafunk. I emailed them and had an immediate response in which they explained a technical means whereby I might be able easily to resolve it. When this did not resolve the issue, I emailed them again and they immediately responded by sending me a replacement. This is customer support that rightly instills trust.

I have selected a bGEM Bluetooth earphones as a Christmas gift from my company. The pairing was very difficult and stopped working after a month. It is really not suitable for running either. It does not sit or hold well to the ear and it falls off easily by moving and sweating. My colleague's earphones are also stopped working and not getting charged. I wrote to their service and they said that they cannot do much, since it is the company who had it registered. I had confirmation of my order and they could give compensation or replace it.
I think they should not be allowed to put out a product in the market with high price when their technology is not ready. It is part of the package they offer to the companies as a gift among the other products from them, which I think it is their way getting away with it. It should be illegal to have non-working products for 800dkk price in their gift list.
I would never trust anything from this company.
The aTune was a present to us. The first one didn't work properly because of taking a hit while being transported. The contact with KREAFUNK was quick and on point! No fuzz, good service. A new one was send immediately after the first suggestions didn't seem to solve the problem. The second one works perfect! Love the design and the whole concept, even the packaging is detailed and an eyecatcher. Glad to get to discover this brand! Be sure to take a peek on the website.
I ordered some headphones from their website and returned them to the address given on their website. Firstly my package cost an absolute fortune to return and secondly it was not accepted at the address and I still havent heard back about my refund. I have had the absolute worst return experience ever. Very poor customer service. Extremely unhappy and will not be shopping from them again.
